【摘要】：在漢英雙語法庭中,被稱之為"交際粘合劑"的話語標記語,沒有概念意義,卻以特有的方式說出說話者的心聲。不同法庭角色所使用的話語標記語不增加命題內容,旨在呈現(xiàn)說話者意圖,增加語調和語力。話語標記語在目的沖突的交叉詢問中主要用于引起反對或挑戰(zhàn),在目的一致的直接詢問中則是用作控制信息流和標示故事進展的手段。本文試圖以法庭口譯員如何處理話語標記語這個細微之處來窺斑見豹,揭示從"言有所為"到"譯有所為"的語用翻譯過程中,策略是語言表象,目的是內在動因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),法庭口譯員對庭審互動中話語標記語的處理其實是對律師或法官交際目的的關聯(lián)或順應。話語標記語口譯中目的參數(shù)的改變可能會帶來交際雙方問答互動時的各種變化,影響語言系統(tǒng)的語碼轉換和司法系統(tǒng)的公平和正義。
[Abstract]:In Chinese-English bilingual courts, discourse markers, called "communicative binders", have no conceptual meaning, but speak out the voice of the speaker in a unique way. The discourse markers used in different court roles do not add propositional content, but aim at presenting the speaker's intention, increasing intonation and power of speech. Discourse markers are mainly used to raise objections or challenges in cross-questioning of conflict of purpose, and are used as a means of controlling the flow of information and marking the progress of stories in the direct inquiry of the same purpose. This paper attempts to find out how court interpreters deal with the nuance of discourse markers and reveal that strategies are linguistic representation and the purpose is internal motivation in the process of pragmatic translation from "meaningful speech" to "productive translation". It is found that the treatment of discourse markers by court interpreters is in fact a relevance or adaptation to the communicative purpose of a lawyer or a judge. The change of target parameters in discourse marker interpretation may bring about various changes in question-and-answer interaction between communicative parties, which will affect the code-switching of language system and the fairness and justice of judicial system.
