【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,即將爆發(fā)的能源危機(jī)深深地困擾著各國,如何對現(xiàn)有能源進(jìn)行有效使用和合理規(guī)劃顯得至關(guān)重要。從美國對風(fēng)能發(fā)展的背景、分類和影響中可以看出,美國已經(jīng)通過合理的規(guī)劃和開發(fā)逐步轉(zhuǎn)變了能源格局。然而中國在能源開發(fā)和利用方面相對落后,需要借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告以翻譯寫作學(xué)為指導(dǎo),選取美國能源部于2015年3月發(fā)布的《風(fēng)能愿景:美國風(fēng)力發(fā)電新紀(jì)元》研究能源翻譯。譯者從詞匯、句法和語篇三個(gè)角度,提出了翻譯策略以及案例分析。譯者選取翻譯實(shí)踐材料的第二章第八部分,內(nèi)容包括:風(fēng)電選址、風(fēng)電配置和部署的公眾接受與環(huán)境問題,監(jiān)管環(huán)境因素以及總結(jié)部分。該文本充分響應(yīng)了美國能源部提出的氣候行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,制定了美國2020至2050年期間能源科學(xué)、能源管理和保護(hù)等方面要實(shí)現(xiàn)的各項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),目前無正式出版或發(fā)表的中文版。譯者通過譯前準(zhǔn)備、分析原文和應(yīng)用翻譯理論,完成了英譯中能源翻譯1萬余字。同時(shí)對譯文進(jìn)行了修改,并邀請能源相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者進(jìn)行了專業(yè)方面的校對,基本完成了本次翻譯實(shí)踐。本次翻譯實(shí)踐在我國研究美國風(fēng)電發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和制定長期能源規(guī)劃方面,具有重要的參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the energy crisis that is about to break out deeply puzzles all countries. It is very important to make effective use and reasonable planning of the existing energy. From the background, classification and impact of wind energy development in the United States, it can be seen that the United States has gradually changed the energy pattern through reasonable planning and development. However, China is relatively backward in energy development and utilization, and needs to learn from the experience of western developed countries. Under the guidance of translation and writing, this report selects energy translation from the Wind Energy Vision: a New era of Wind Power in the United States, published by the U.S. Department of Energy in March 2015. The translator proposes translation strategies and case studies from three perspectives: lexical, syntactic and textual. The translator selects the eighth part of chapter 2 of the translated practical materials, which includes: wind power location, wind power allocation and deployment of public acceptance and environmental issues, regulatory environmental factors and a summary. The text fully responds to the climate action plan proposed by the United States Department of Energy and sets out the strategic objectives to be achieved by the United States in energy science, energy management and protection for the period 2020 to 2050. There is no official or published Chinese version at present. Through pre-translation preparation, analysis of the source text and application of translation theory, the translator has completed over 10,000 words of energy translation in English translation. At the same time, the translation has been revised, and scholars in energy-related fields have been invited to proofread it professionally, which has basically completed the translation practice. This translation practice is of great reference value and significance in the study of wind power development strategy and the formulation of long term energy planning in China.
