【摘要】：投資者們希望了解公司收益情況。閱讀公司的財務(wù)報表是了解公司收益情況較為有效的方法。作為典型的信息型文本,財務(wù)報表附注對財務(wù)報表起著補充說明的作用,不僅便于財務(wù)報表使用者理解報表的內(nèi)容,更有助于其做出更科學(xué)合理的決策。此次翻譯實踐報告材料選自恒豐銀行2015年度財務(wù)報表附注的前四部分,作者在項目實踐運用了有關(guān)財務(wù)報表附注英譯的常用策略和技巧,并對其加以總結(jié)。在本翻譯實踐中,為解決文化差異問題,向讀者提供自然地道的譯文,作者以歸化為翻譯策略,意譯為翻譯技巧。本文以漢斯弗米爾的目的論作為理論依據(jù),謹(jǐn)遵目的論三原則的指導(dǎo),根據(jù)信息型文本的特點,針對財務(wù)報表附注翻譯中出現(xiàn)的術(shù)語及長難句等主要問題,使用語態(tài)變換,倒裝,拆分句子,增詞,音譯等翻譯方法解決翻譯中遇到的問題,并探討目的論對此類型文本翻譯的指導(dǎo)作用。為保證譯文質(zhì)量,滿足目標(biāo)語讀者和原語客戶的需求,翻譯過程中合理使用了計算機輔助翻譯軟件,并參考了相關(guān)平行文本,從而有效的提高了翻譯效率。為提高年度財務(wù)報表附注的翻譯效率和質(zhì)量,翻譯項目中采用了切實可用的理論指導(dǎo)和翻譯技巧。作者在目的論的指導(dǎo)下對此信息型文本進(jìn)行了翻譯,并對翻譯過程中遇到的典型術(shù)語及長難句翻譯問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,旨在為相似文本的翻譯提供有價值的參考和啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Investors want to know about the company's earnings. Reading the company's financial statements is an effective way to understand the company's earnings. As a typical information text, the notes to financial statements play a supplementary role in financial statements, which is not only convenient for the users of financial statements to understand the contents of the statements, but also helps them to make more scientific and reasonable decisions. The translated practice report is selected from the first four parts of the notes to the financial statements of Hengfeng Bank in 2015. In the project practice, the author applies the common strategies and techniques of translating the notes of financial statements into English, and summarizes them. In this translation practice, in order to solve the problem of cultural differences and provide readers with a natural translation, the author adopts domestication as translation strategy and free translation as translation skill. Based on Hans Vermeer's Skopos Theory and guided by the three principles of Skopos Theory, according to the characteristics of informational text, this paper uses voice transformation to solve the main problems in the translation of financial statement notes, such as terminology and long and difficult sentences. The translation methods, such as inversion, split sentences, adding words and transliteration, are used to solve the problems encountered in translation, and to explore the guiding role of Skopos theory in the translation of this type of text. In order to ensure the quality of the translation and meet the needs of the target language readers and the original customers, the computer-assisted translation software is used reasonably and the relevant parallel texts are referred to in the process of translation, thus effectively improving the translation efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the translation of the notes to the annual financial statements, practical theoretical guidance and translation techniques are used in the translation project. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, the author makes a summary and analysis of the typical terminology and the translation of long difficult sentences in the process of translation, in order to provide valuable reference and inspiration for the translation of similar texts.
