【摘要】：本文以Vendler及Smith對事件類型的劃分為基礎,從詞匯體的視角探討英語時限狀語和時段狀語同各類事件動詞(短語)搭配時對事件終結性產生的影響。常規(guī)情況下,這種搭配須受時間狀語及事件動詞(短語)自身語義相容的限制,但二者的非常規(guī)搭配也比較常見,對這種扭曲搭配的合理解釋需要合適的語境支撐。進入句法層面后,詞匯體層面事件動詞(短語)自身的語義表達,還須受語法體的制約和影響,二者協(xié)調才能表達既合邏輯又合語法的終結性/非終結性語義。
[Abstract]:Based on the classification of event types by Vendler and Smith, this paper discusses the influence of temporal adverbials and time adverbials on event finality from the perspective of lexical aspect. Normally, the collocation is restricted by the semantic compatibility of the temporal adverbial and the event verb (phrase), but the unconventional collocation between them is also common. The reasonable explanation of the distorted collocation needs proper context support. After entering the syntactic level, the semantic expression of the lexical aspect event verb (phrase) must be restricted and influenced by the grammatical aspect, and the coordination of the two can express the summative / non-summative semantics of both logic and grammar.
