《商業(yè)的法律環(huán)境》（第一章）翻譯實踐報告

【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項目報告,所選翻譯項目是肖恩·P·梅爾文(Sean P.Melvin)和邁克爾·A·卡茨(Michael A.Katz)合著的作品《商業(yè)的法律環(huán)境》(The Legal Environment of Business)中的第一章。本書介紹了美國的商業(yè)法律及基礎(chǔ)的法律知識和概念,對我國商業(yè)法律環(huán)境及商業(yè)法律有進一步的指導(dǎo)作用。該翻譯項目在文本類型理論的指導(dǎo)下采用了歸化的的翻譯策略。在此基礎(chǔ)上又采用了分譯,轉(zhuǎn)換等翻譯方法以期能最大程度的將原文中的內(nèi)容和風(fēng)格傳達給譯文讀者。本篇翻譯項目報告主要分為五個部分,第一:該翻譯項目基本情況簡介,包括翻譯項目本身的背景情況,翻譯本項目所具有的現(xiàn)實意義以及本翻譯報告的結(jié)構(gòu)。第二:介紹翻譯項目的背景,包括原文作者簡介,項目主要內(nèi)容,以及原作文本分析。第三:翻譯理論介紹,翻譯理論在項目中的介紹及翻譯準(zhǔn)備,本文以文本類型為理論基礎(chǔ)。第四:翻譯難點和翻譯方法,并結(jié)合案例分析,對翻譯中運用到的翻譯方法進行了闡述。第五:總結(jié),內(nèi)容包括翻譯中的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)以及待解決的遺留問題。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation project report. The selected translation project is the first chapter of (The Legal Environment of Business) by Sean P.Melvin and Michael A.Katz. This book introduces American business law and its basic legal knowledge and concepts, which can further guide our business law environment and commercial law. Under the guidance of text typology, the project adopts a domesticated translation strategy. On this basis, translation methods such as division and conversion are adopted in order to convey the content and style of the original text to the target readers to the greatest extent. This translation project report is divided into five parts. The first is a brief introduction of the translation project, including the background of the translation project itself, the practical significance of the translation project and the structure of the translation report. Second, introduce the background of the translation project, including the original author's introduction, the main content of the project, and the original text analysis. Third, the introduction of translation theory, the introduction of translation theory in the project and translation preparation, based on text types. Fourth, the translation difficulties and translation methods, combined with a case study, the translation methods used in translation are expounded. Fifth: summary, including lessons learned from translation and remaining issues to be resolved.
