【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,中外國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目日益增多,專業(yè)化的工程合同及其翻譯需求成倍增長(zhǎng),這不僅給譯員提供了更多機(jī)遇,而且也帶來了更大的挑戰(zhàn)。首先,工程合同具有極強(qiáng)的專業(yè)性,對(duì)于不具備相關(guān)專業(yè)知識(shí)的譯員來說翻譯難度很大。其次,工程合同翻譯項(xiàng)目通常工作量大,而交付時(shí)間又非常緊迫。由此可見,要做好工程合同類文本翻譯并非易事。高質(zhì)量的工程合同翻譯有利于合同各方的順利交流以及工程的順利進(jìn)行,因此探討工程合同的翻譯具有極強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過對(duì)作者承擔(dān)的《肯尼亞太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電站開發(fā)合同》的翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行分析,探討了工程合同翻譯中的難點(diǎn)及應(yīng)對(duì)策略。首先,作者通過對(duì)專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),古體詞等語(yǔ)言翻譯難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納,提出了切實(shí)可行的解決方法,并將分譯、變序等翻譯技巧應(yīng)用于長(zhǎng)句的翻譯當(dāng)中,使譯文更具可讀性和可接受性。其次,由于本合同是以國(guó)際通用工程合同范本《生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和設(shè)計(jì)——施工合同條件》(通常稱為“菲迪克黃皮書”)為藍(lán)本編寫的,因此作者通過自建翻譯記憶庫(kù)并將其應(yīng)用于計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯軟件當(dāng)中,提高了翻譯效率,從而在客戶要求時(shí)間內(nèi)圓滿完成了翻譯項(xiàng)目,受到了客戶好評(píng)。通過本次翻譯項(xiàng)目,作者得出結(jié)論:針對(duì)工程合同翻譯中的難點(diǎn),譯者要善于采取相應(yīng)的策略和方法。工程合同翻譯中,譯者熟練運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯軟件和選用適合的翻譯記憶是提高翻譯效率的有效途徑。譯者作為翻譯行為的核心,不僅要做好譯前準(zhǔn)備工作,還要具備必要的專業(yè)知識(shí),才能使翻譯工作更加得心應(yīng)手。本文通過對(duì)此次翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的總結(jié)和反思,旨在為工程合同翻譯中的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯軟件的應(yīng)用提供可行方案,并為工程合同譯者提供有益的參考和啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of Chinese "Belt and Road" strategy, the number of international engineering projects at home and abroad is increasing day by day, and the demand for specialized engineering contracts and their translation has increased exponentially, which not only provides more opportunities for interpreters, but also brings more challenges. First of all, engineering contracts are highly professional, and translation is very difficult for interpreters who do not have relevant professional knowledge. Second, engineering contract translation projects are usually heavy workload, and delivery time is very tight. It can be seen that it is not easy to do a good job in the translation of engineering contract texts. High-quality translation of engineering contracts is conducive to the smooth communication between the parties to the contract and the smooth progress of the project, so it is of great practical significance to explore the translation of engineering contracts. Based on the analysis of the translation practice of Kenya Solar Power Station Development contract undertaken by the author, this paper discusses the difficulties and countermeasures in the translation of the project contract. First of all, the author summarizes the difficulties in translation of technical terms, archaic words and other languages, and puts forward practical solutions, and applies translation techniques, such as split translation and variable order, to the translation of long sentences. Make the translation more readable and acceptable. Secondly, since this contract is based on the Model International contract for the Construction of production equipment and Design-conditions of the contract for Construction (commonly referred to as the "Feddick Yellow Book"), Therefore, by building the translation memory bank and applying it to the computer-aided translation software, the author improves the translation efficiency and completes the translation project successfully within the time required by the customer, which is well received by the clients. Through this translation project, the author draws a conclusion that the translator should be good at adopting the corresponding strategies and methods in view of the difficulties in the translation of engineering contracts. In engineering contract translation, it is an effective way to improve translation efficiency by using computer aided translation software and selecting suitable translation memory. As the core of translation, translators should not only prepare themselves before translation, but also have the necessary professional knowledge in order to make translation more convenient. Through a careful summary and reflection of this translation practice, this paper aims to provide a feasible scheme for the application of computer-aided translation software in the translation of engineering contracts, and to provide useful reference and inspiration for the translators of engineering contracts.
