應(yīng)用型本科院校大學(xué)英語(yǔ)“雙師型”教師自驅(qū)式發(fā)展路徑探究

【摘要】:本文以提升應(yīng)用型本科院校大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師"雙師型"素質(zhì)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從內(nèi)驅(qū)式發(fā)展視角分析與論述大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師雙素質(zhì)能力的個(gè)體構(gòu)建路徑,以期幫助教師實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體自我成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of college English teachers in applied colleges and universities, this paper analyzes and discusses the individual construction path of college English teachers' dual quality ability from the perspective of internal development, in order to help teachers realize their individual self-growth.
