【摘要】：隨著口譯市場不斷發(fā)展完善,口譯質(zhì)量評估已成為行業(yè)發(fā)展必不可少的研究方向。市場評估機(jī)構(gòu)和口譯教學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)也針對圍繞口譯用戶評價體系展開了許多研究。口譯用戶的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與專業(yè)譯員之間有哪些差異;如何才能貼近市場需求,提供用戶滿意的口譯服務(wù)。這些不僅再是口譯教學(xué)的專利,更是翻譯公司和譯員經(jīng)常思考的問題。本文以英漢交替?zhèn)髯g為例,采用實證研究的方式,在特定的實驗環(huán)境下讓專業(yè)譯員和口譯用戶在同一個時間和空間內(nèi)對一位譯員的口譯表現(xiàn)作出評價,并用調(diào)查問卷的形式收集兩組受試者評估的結(jié)果。作者通過統(tǒng)計分析手段,對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析整理,并分析口譯員和口譯用戶在評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上有哪些異同,兩組受試者的評估結(jié)果又哪些特征。在交替?zhèn)髯g中,由于譯員直接暴露于觀眾的視線之下,聽眾受到的口譯服務(wù)不僅是聽覺上,也是視覺上的,其評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)受到了諸多因素的影響。傳統(tǒng)研究認(rèn)為口譯員和口譯用戶在實際評價時會采用穩(wěn)定、統(tǒng)一、可重復(fù)的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但沒有經(jīng)過實證研究的檢驗。而本文在對比專業(yè)譯員和用戶評價差異的同時,也試圖驗證二者的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的波動性,為后續(xù)研究提供參考和思路。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of interpretation market, interpreting quality evaluation has become an indispensable research direction for the development of the industry. Market assessment institutions and interpretation teaching institutions have also carried out a lot of research around the evaluation system of interpretation users. What are the differences between the evaluation criteria of interpreters and professional interpreters, and how to meet the needs of the market and provide satisfactory interpretation services? These are not only the patent of interpreting teaching, but also the problems of translation companies and interpreters. Taking English-Chinese consecutive interpretation as an example, an empirical study is conducted to enable professional interpreters and interpreters to evaluate an interpreter's interpretation performance in the same time and space in a specific experimental environment. The results of the two groups were collected by questionnaire. By means of statistical analysis, the author analyzes and collates the collected data, and analyzes the similarities and differences between interpreters and interpreters in the evaluation criteria, and the characteristics of the evaluation results of the two groups of subjects. In consecutive interpretation, since interpreters are directly exposed to the audience's sight, the interpretation services provided to the audience are not only auditory but also visual, and their evaluation criteria are influenced by many factors. The traditional research holds that interpreters and interpreters will adopt stable, uniform and repeatable evaluation criteria in actual evaluation, but they have not been tested by empirical research. While comparing the differences between professional interpreters and users, this paper also tries to verify the volatility of their evaluation standards, which provides a reference and train of thought for further research.
