【摘要】:本篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告的原文來源于美國著名葡萄酒記者和作家多蘿西·J·蓋特與約翰·布雷徹(Dorothy J.Gaiter and John Brecher)所著的《日日品美酒,處處聞酒香》(Wine for Everyday and Every Occasion)一書中的第一章和第十二章。該書介紹了在不同場合下如何挑選葡萄酒,如何舉辦品酒聚會(huì),并詮釋了不同種類的葡萄酒的特性以及正確品嘗葡萄酒的方法,旨在增加人們對(duì)葡萄酒文化的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解。本次翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告主要由四部分組成。第一部分是翻譯任務(wù)描述,簡要介紹了翻譯材料的來源、選材意義以及作者和作品的基本信息。第二部分翻譯過程描述和第三部分案例分析是實(shí)踐報(bào)告的核心內(nèi)容。在翻譯過程描述中,筆者仔細(xì)閱讀全文,根據(jù)原文的文本類型和語言風(fēng)格,選擇歸化為主,異化為輔的翻譯策略,并查詢葡萄酒術(shù)語的翻譯規(guī)范,為術(shù)語翻譯的統(tǒng)一做準(zhǔn)備。在案例分析中,筆者從詞匯、句法以及語篇三個(gè)方面,對(duì)翻譯中的具體案例進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并闡述了在翻譯過程中的翻譯思路以及翻譯技巧的運(yùn)用,例如:增譯、短句合并等翻譯技巧。第四部分是對(duì)整個(gè)翻譯過程的總結(jié)和感悟。本篇報(bào)告總結(jié)了品酒術(shù)語翻譯的特點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和解決方法,分析了插入語、介詞短語以及短句的翻譯技巧,希望對(duì)以后的翻譯實(shí)踐有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The original text of this translation practice report comes from Dorothy J. Gheit and Dorothy J.Gaiter and John Brecher) 's "Day Wine" by the famous American wine reporter and writer. The first and twelfth chapters of (Wine for Everyday and Every Occasion). The book introduces how to choose wine in different situations, how to hold wine tasting parties, and explains the characteristics of different kinds of wine and the correct method of tasting wine. It aims to increase people's understanding and understanding of wine culture. The translation practice report consists of four parts. The first part is a description of the translation task, which briefly introduces the source of the translated material, the significance of the selection, and the basic information of the author and the work. The second part is the translation process description and the third part case analysis is the core content of the practice report. In the description of translation process, the author carefully reads the full text, according to the text type and language style of the original text, chooses the domestication as the main translation strategy, dissimilation as the auxiliary translation strategy, and inquires the wine terminology translation standard, prepares for the unification of the term translation. In the case study, the author makes a detailed analysis of the specific cases in translation from three aspects: vocabulary, syntax and discourse, and expounds the ideas and the application of translation techniques in the process of translation, such as increasing translation. Translation techniques such as sentence merging. The fourth part is the summary and understanding of the whole translation process. This report summarizes the characteristics, difficulties and solutions of the translation of wine tasting terms, and analyzes the translation techniques of inserts, prepositional phrases and short sentences, hoping to be of some reference value to the translation practice in the future.
