【摘要】：在全球化日益加速的今天,英語(yǔ)逐漸成為了國(guó)際首選的語(yǔ)言工具。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)走向國(guó)際市場(chǎng),國(guó)外企業(yè)也紛紛涌入國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)。隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大,對(duì)人才的質(zhì)量要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)變得越來(lái)越高,企業(yè)對(duì)員工的英語(yǔ)能力的要求也在不斷提高。中國(guó)高職教育一直非常重視學(xué)生英語(yǔ)能力的培養(yǎng),大學(xué)英語(yǔ)及相關(guān)課程一直都被列入各專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案的必修課程。但就目前來(lái)說(shuō),高職院校的畢業(yè)生的真實(shí)英語(yǔ)水平跟企業(yè)的實(shí)際需求還有一定的差距。問(wèn)題主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)生在真實(shí)職業(yè)場(chǎng)景時(shí)英語(yǔ)交際能力的不足。即使學(xué)生在修完大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程,通過(guò)了大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)六級(jí)考試,依然會(huì)在工作場(chǎng)景需要使用英語(yǔ)時(shí)出現(xiàn)聽(tīng)不懂或者進(jìn)不出的情況,無(wú)法順利完成工作任務(wù)。造成這種情況是多種因素造成的,但究其主要原因,還是由于國(guó)內(nèi)高職院校通常會(huì)同本科院校一樣,比較側(cè)重于系統(tǒng)理論知識(shí)的教學(xué),未把英語(yǔ)教學(xué)與學(xué)生實(shí)際工作崗位需求進(jìn)行對(duì)接,從而一定程度上忽略了對(duì)學(xué)生交際能力的培養(yǎng),在教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)等方面都未能完全體現(xiàn)出職業(yè)教育的“職業(yè)性”這一特性。近年來(lái),越來(lái)越多的職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教育者認(rèn)識(shí)到交際能力的重要性,中國(guó)的高職院校也逐漸加大職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的改革力度。國(guó)外的交際能力理論受到越來(lái)越多國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者的熱捧,成為中國(guó)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的一個(gè)重要概念,許多國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者從不同角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行了全面和深入的研究。如何利用交際能力理論為我國(guó)職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革提出科學(xué)的、切實(shí)可行的改革建議非常具有研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文首先對(duì)研究界應(yīng)用較為廣泛的交際能力理論進(jìn)行全面梳理與評(píng)述,重點(diǎn)詮釋了莫萊利等人的交際能力理論,并選之作為本次研究的理論基礎(chǔ);然后對(duì)廣東省具有代表性的六所高職院校的學(xué)生、教師及廣東省的部分用人企業(yè)對(duì)職業(yè)英語(yǔ)的認(rèn)知和需求進(jìn)行深入調(diào)研,充分了解職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,究其弊端與不足及其成因;最后根據(jù)交際能力理論對(duì)高職院校職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法以及教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的啟示,為高職院校職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的深化改革提出可行的建議,為進(jìn)一步提升職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)效果,為高職院校培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的應(yīng)用型英語(yǔ)人才服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, more and more domestic enterprises are going to the international market, and more and more foreign enterprises are pouring into the domestic market. With the development of enterprises, the quality standards of talents are becoming higher and higher, and the English of employees is becoming more and more important. Higher vocational education in China has always attached great importance to the cultivation of students'English ability. College English and related courses have always been included in the compulsory courses of various professional personnel training programs. Even if the students have completed the college English course and passed the CET-4 and CET-6, they will still be unable to understand or get in or out of the working environment when they need to use English, and they will not be able to complete the task smoothly. However, the main reason is that domestic higher vocational colleges, like undergraduate colleges, usually pay more attention to the teaching of systematic theoretical knowledge and fail to connect English teaching with students'actual job requirements, thus neglecting to a certain extent the cultivation of students' communicative competence, teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching. In recent years, more and more vocational English educators have realized the importance of communicative competence, and China's vocational colleges have gradually intensified the reform of Vocational English teaching. Many domestic scholars have made a comprehensive and in-depth study of it from different perspectives. How to use the communicative competence theory to put forward scientific and practical suggestions for the reform of Vocational English teaching in China is of great research value. The theory of communicative competence, which has been widely used in the field of communication, is reviewed and summarized in this paper. The theory of communicative competence of Morelli et al. is mainly interpreted and selected as the theoretical basis of this study. Then the cognition and needs of students, teachers and some employing enterprises in Guangdong Province on Vocational English are discussed. In order to make a thorough investigation, fully understand the current situation of Vocational English teaching, investigate its disadvantages and causes; finally, according to the communicative competence theory of Vocational English teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation of the enlightenment for Vocational colleges, vocational English teaching deepening reform put forward feasible suggestions for the first step Step up the effect of Vocational English teaching, and train high-quality applied English talents for higher vocational colleges.
