【摘要】：本篇口譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告以加拿大財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)比爾·摩爾諾所做的加拿大2016年度聯(lián)邦預(yù)算報(bào)告(CFB)這一演講為例,探索財(cái)政預(yù)算類演講材料的口譯技巧,尤其是口譯過(guò)程當(dāng)中的筆記方法。通過(guò)此次口譯實(shí)踐,作者總結(jié)了口譯過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,探索處理這些問(wèn)題的技巧,以達(dá)到提高口譯能力、優(yōu)化譯文的目的。同時(shí)筆者也希望此篇譯文能夠豐富國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)加拿大財(cái)經(jīng)領(lǐng)域的翻譯材料,為國(guó)內(nèi)與加拿大進(jìn)行商業(yè)往來(lái)的人員以及從事商務(wù)英語(yǔ)教育的人員提供參考。本篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告共分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分交代了翻譯材料的背景和文獻(xiàn)綜述;第二部分是交替?zhèn)髯g的過(guò)程描述,包括譯前的準(zhǔn)備工作、口譯過(guò)程的描述和質(zhì)量監(jiān)控環(huán)節(jié);第三部分交代了在翻譯過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,以及譯者為了解決這些問(wèn)題所用到的技巧;第四部分是對(duì)整個(gè)口譯過(guò)程的反思;最后一部分為總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the speech of Canadian Finance Minister Bill Molnot's Federal Budget report (CFB) as an example to explore the interpretation techniques of the financial budget speech materials, especially the method of taking notes in the process of interpretation. Through this interpretation practice, the author summarizes the problems in the process of interpreting and explores the skills to deal with these problems in order to improve the interpreting ability and optimize the translation. At the same time, the author also hopes that this translation will enrich the domestic translation materials on Canadian finance and economics, and provide reference for domestic business contacts with Canada as well as those engaged in business English education. This translation practice report is divided into five parts. The first part describes the background and literature review of translation materials, the second part describes the process of consecutive interpretation, including pre-translation preparation, interpretation process description and quality control; The third part explains the problems in the process of translation and the skills used by the translator to solve these problems. The fourth part is the reflection of the whole process of interpretation, and the last part is the summary.
