【摘要】：本次翻譯實踐選取《整體女性健康組織等訴德克薩斯州衛(wèi)生服務部部長赫勒斯泰特等》一案判決書為翻譯對象�；赟usan?ar?evi?的文本類型分類,本判決書為兼具描寫性與規(guī)定性成分的文本,以描述性為主,具有法律文本的典型特點。譯者以李克興的法律翻譯基本原則與?ar?evi?的法律對等理論為指導,分別就詞匯與句法層面上的翻譯難點進行了論述。在詞匯層面上,分析了法律術語及具有法律含義的普通詞的翻譯;在句法層面上,探討了法律文本中的定語從句、條件句、被動語態(tài)及名詞化的翻譯方法。本次翻譯實踐報告共分為四個部分:第一部分介紹了此次任務的背景、意義及翻譯目的,分析了翻譯材料的性質(zhì)及特點。第二部分描述了翻譯過程,包括平行文本與翻譯理論的選擇以及譯文質(zhì)量管理流程的實施。案例分析為本翻譯報告的第三部分,展示了譯者在翻譯過程中遇到的問題及相應的解決對策。最后一部分總結了此次翻譯實踐的發(fā)現(xiàn)、啟示、不足及建議。譯者希望通過對該典型性判決書的翻譯與分析能夠為同類判決書翻譯提供參考意見。
[Abstract]:In this translation practice, the author chooses the judgment of holistic Women's Health Organization and others v. Secretary of Health Services of Texas Heller Stetter et al. as the target of translation. Based on Susan Arevie? This judgment is both descriptive and prescriptive, mainly descriptive, with the typical characteristics of legal texts. On the basic principles of legal Translation by Li Kexing and his works? Under the guidance of the theory of legal equivalence, this paper discusses the translation difficulties at the lexical and syntactic levels. On the lexical level, this paper analyzes the translation of legal terms and common words with legal meaning, and at the syntactic level, probes into the translation methods of attributive clauses, conditional sentences, passive voice and nominalization in legal texts. The translation practice report is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background, significance and purpose of the task, and analyzes the nature and characteristics of the translation materials. The second part describes the translation process, including the selection of parallel text and translation theory and the implementation of translation quality management process. Case study is the third part of this translation report, which shows the translator's problems in the translation process and the corresponding solutions. The last part summarizes the findings, revelations, shortcomings and suggestions of the translation practice. The translator hopes that the translation and analysis of the typical judgment can provide reference for the translation of similar judgments.
