【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。翻譯項(xiàng)目的原文為肯·西格爾(Ken Segall)寫作的《簡(jiǎn)單致勝:看明智的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者如何化繁為簡(jiǎn)》(Think Simple:How Smart Leaders Defeat Complexity)中的第七章“簡(jiǎn)單化類似打磨機(jī)”(Simplicity Is Sleeker)。原章節(jié)主要通過(guò)大量現(xiàn)實(shí)事例闡述了簡(jiǎn)單化的實(shí)現(xiàn)法則和途徑。本報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容分為五部分,第一部分為翻譯項(xiàng)目介紹,包括項(xiàng)目的背景、意義等。第二部分為原文分析,包括作者簡(jiǎn)介、主要內(nèi)容介紹和原文語(yǔ)言特征分析。第三部分為翻譯實(shí)踐的指導(dǎo)理論介紹與運(yùn)用,闡釋了紐馬克交際翻譯理論以及在本次翻譯實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用。第四部分為翻譯難點(diǎn)和相應(yīng)解決方法:其中翻譯難點(diǎn)包括專有名詞的翻譯、一詞多義現(xiàn)象的翻譯和破折號(hào)的翻譯。在處理專有名詞的翻譯時(shí),主要用到了音譯、零翻譯、直譯和意譯;在處理一詞多義現(xiàn)象翻譯時(shí),主要用到了結(jié)合語(yǔ)境和詞性轉(zhuǎn)換的方法;在處理破折號(hào)問題時(shí),主要根據(jù)漢語(yǔ)習(xí)慣和原文是否強(qiáng)調(diào)破折號(hào)引入內(nèi)容作處理。第五部分為翻譯過(guò)程中得到的啟發(fā)、教訓(xùn)和仍待解決的問題。最后,本報(bào)告希望可以總結(jié)翻譯方法,為以后信息型文本翻譯的研究提供參照。同時(shí),也希望更多的人能因“簡(jiǎn)單化”而獲益匪淺。
[Abstract]:This article is a translation project report. The translation project is originally written by Ken Segall, "simplicity is simple: how Smart leaders are complex." The original chapter mainly through a large number of practical examples to explain the implementation of simplified rules and approaches. The main content of this report is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of translation project, including the background and significance of the project. The second part is the original text analysis, including the author's brief introduction, the main content introduction and the original language characteristic analysis. The third part is the introduction and application of the guiding theory of translation practice, explaining Newmark's communicative translation theory and its application in this translation practice. The fourth part is the translation difficulties and the corresponding solutions: the translation difficulties include the translation of proper nouns, the translation of polysemy and the translation of dashes. In dealing with the translation of proper nouns, transliteration, zero translation, literal translation and free translation are mainly used; in the translation of polysemy, the method of combining context with part of speech is mainly used; and in dealing with dashes, Mainly according to the Chinese custom and whether the original text emphasizes dashes to introduce the content to make the processing. The fifth part is about the enlightenment, lessons and problems to be solved in the process of translation. Finally, this report hopes to summarize the translation methods and provide a reference for the study of informative text translation. At the same time, I hope that more people will benefit from simplification.
