【摘要】：商業(yè)計劃書是資本市場通行的融資文件,可以幫助創(chuàng)業(yè)者在融資操作上適應(yīng)資本市場的規(guī)則掌握資本市場的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。一份好的商業(yè)計劃書可以在創(chuàng)業(yè)者和投資者之間搭建起一座橋梁,有助于投資者發(fā)現(xiàn)具有投資價值和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ捻椖?幫助創(chuàng)業(yè)者實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)理想。國外在制定商業(yè)計劃書方面走在前沿,許多方法、技巧以及經(jīng)驗值得國內(nèi)讀者借鑒學(xué)習(xí)。本翻譯報告以William R.Lasher編著的《制定完美商業(yè)計劃書其實很簡單》(節(jié)選)為翻譯實踐案例,選取的部分章節(jié)主要介紹以下方面的撰寫方法:執(zhí)行概要、策略與任務(wù)、企業(yè)家及管理團隊、人力資源管理以及市場分析。本翻譯報告,筆者以奈達的功能對等理論為理論基礎(chǔ),初步研究了商業(yè)計劃書指南類教范文本中的專業(yè)術(shù)語、普通詞匯詞義選擇與表達的翻譯策略,力求實現(xiàn)詞匯對等。同時,針對文本句式特點,重點探究被動句和定語從句的翻譯策略,力求實現(xiàn)句子對等。此外,結(jié)合文本風(fēng)格簡潔樸實的特點,初步探究省略法和四字格的運用在實現(xiàn)譯文與原文風(fēng)格對等中的作用。最后,筆者總結(jié)翻譯實踐的收獲、不足以及改進方法,為今后商業(yè)計劃書教范文本翻譯提供參考和建議。本翻譯報告共分為四部分。第一部分為任務(wù)描述,主要介紹選材的背景、目的、原文本內(nèi)容及特征和翻譯過程描述,主要包括譯前準(zhǔn)備,翻譯進度安排和審校三個階段。第二部分介紹功能對等基本理論及具體運用的合理性。第三部分是本報告的核心部分,闡述該理論指導(dǎo)下詞匯對等,句子對等和風(fēng)格對等三個層面的案例分析。第四部分,對在本次翻譯實踐中取得的經(jīng)驗與存在的不足進行歸納和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The business plan is a common financing document in the capital market, which can help the entrepreneur to master the inherent law of the capital market by adapting to the rules of the capital market in the financing operation. A good business plan can build a bridge between entrepreneurs and investors, help investors find projects with investment value and development potential, and help entrepreneurs realize their entrepreneurial ideals. Foreign countries are at the forefront of business planning, and many methods, techniques and experiences are worth learning for domestic readers. This translation report is based on William R. Lasher's "making the perfect Business Plan is simple" (excerpt). The selected chapters mainly introduce the following aspects of writing methods: executive summary, strategy and task. Entrepreneur and management team, human resources management and market analysis. On the basis of Nida's functional equivalence theory, the author makes a preliminary study of the technical terms, the choice of lexical meaning and the expression strategies in the text of business plan guides, in order to achieve lexical equivalence. At the same time, the translation strategies of passive sentences and attributive clauses are explored in order to achieve sentence equivalence. In addition, combined with the simplicity and simplicity of the text style, this paper preliminarily explores the role of ellipsis and the use of four characters in the realization of equivalence between the translation and the original style. Finally, the author summarizes the achievements, shortcomings and improvement methods of translation practice, and provides reference and suggestions for the future business plan teaching model text translation. This translation report is divided into four parts. The first part is the task description, which mainly introduces the background, the purpose, the content and characteristics of the original text and the description of the translation process, including three stages: pre-translation preparation, translation schedule arrangement and revision. The second part introduces the basic theory of functional equivalence and the rationality of its application. The third part is the core part of this report, which illustrates the case study of lexical equivalence, sentence equivalence and style equivalence under the guidance of this theory. The fourth part summarizes the experience and shortcomings in translation practice.
