【摘要】：本文是一篇翻譯項目報告,以《組織社會學(xué)十講》中的第四講“組織與社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)”作為翻譯源文本。該文本是中國著名社會學(xué)家周雪光教授的學(xué)術(shù)著作,包含著他對組織社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的研究思路、研究邏輯、研究方法等課題的深入討論。源文本在社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域極具權(quán)威性,具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)價值。以目的論作為翻譯指導(dǎo)理論,該論文分析了社會學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)文本中譯英翻譯時選詞、術(shù)語、引言、長難句等方面的翻譯難點,并結(jié)合具體實例找出了相對應(yīng)的解決方案。選詞時,源語與目的語的文化背景以及語言使用習(xí)慣需充分考慮。社會學(xué)術(shù)語翻譯可遵循準確性原則、透明性原則、一致性原則、統(tǒng)一性原則、規(guī)約性原則、簡潔性原則。在翻譯引言時,需查證相關(guān)的外文文獻而不是進行回譯。在遇到復(fù)雜的長難句時,需厘清句子內(nèi)在的邏輯關(guān)系,并采取分譯法。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation project report, with the fourth part of organizational Sociology, "Organization and Social Relations Network" as the translation source text. This text is the academic work of Professor Zhou Xueguang, a famous sociologist in China, which contains his in-depth discussion on the research ideas, logic and research methods in the field of organizational sociology. The source text is authoritative in the field of sociology and has high academic value. Taking Skopos Theory as the translation guidance, this paper analyzes the translation difficulties in English translation of sociological academic texts in terms of choice of words, terms, preface and long difficult sentences, and finds out corresponding solutions in combination with concrete examples. When choosing words, the cultural background of the source language and the target language, as well as the language usage habits, should be fully considered. The translation of sociological terms follows the principles of accuracy, transparency, consistency, unity, stipulation and brevity. In the translation of the introduction, the relevant foreign literature should be verified rather than translated back. It is necessary to clarify the internal logical relationship of complex long difficult sentences and to translate them separately.
