【摘要】:政府對語言文字的地位、發(fā)展及對其的使用所做的行政規(guī)定就是語言政策。我國對于語言政策的研究起點很早但是缺乏系統(tǒng)性,對當下本國語言策略缺乏科學的總結,因此語言政策還不成熟。本國的研究的成果也沒有及時全面地向國外研究者介紹。同樣的國外的研究成果引進、分析也不到位。當今社會信息化全球化發(fā)展迅速,宏觀來講語言政策的制定對于維護國家安全穩(wěn)定和提升國家實力至關重要。《劍橋語言政策手冊》是博納德·斯波斯基教授2012年的發(fā)表的研究作品,內容包涵了他本人的研究成果。這也是第一本對語言政策進行整體論述的專著。書中包含了過去五十年中,對多國不同領域語言政策的發(fā)展、研究和實踐,同時對語言政策領域進行的全面論述?傮w來講這本著作對語言政策的梳理,對學生、研究者在語言學教授、學習以及政治方面的研究大有幫助。本次翻譯任務以功能對等理論為框架,采用了搜集資料法、分析資料法以及實證分析法,對手冊進行了翻譯。翻譯實踐過程中筆者始終遵循“接受者和信息之間的關系應與原接受者和信息之間的關系保持相當程度的一致”的原則,爭取意義上的對等同時盡力達到形式對等。筆者根據(jù)功能對等理論同時以詞匯和句子以及語篇為出發(fā)點采用適當?shù)姆g方法。詞匯的翻譯采用了增詞法、轉性法、具體譯法和抽象譯法。句子翻譯層面采用了換序譯法、轉態(tài)譯法和斷句譯法。語篇翻譯注重語篇的銜接與連貫。本翻譯實踐報告分為五部分:第一部分是翻譯緣起,介紹了翻譯背景和意義。第二部分是翻譯任務介紹,包括了對作者及原著的介紹還有翻譯過程。第三部分是翻譯的理論框架即功能對等理論。第四部分中筆者分析總結了此次實踐采用的翻譯方法以及具體案例。第五部分是翻譯的總結與啟示。本次翻譯實踐筆者在功能對等理論指導下,選擇了具體翻譯方法,解決了翻譯難點。此次實踐對筆者今后此類文本的翻譯實踐起到很好的指導作用,同時筆者希望通過翻譯的方式給國內研究語言政策的研究員提供有價值的資料以盡微薄之力。
[Abstract]:The government's administrative regulations on the status, development and use of language are language policy. The research on language policy in our country starts early but lacks systematicness, and lacks scientific summary of the present language strategy, so the language policy is not mature. The domestic research results were not introduced to foreign researchers in a timely and comprehensive manner. The same foreign research results introduced, the analysis is not in place. Information globalization is developing rapidly in today's society. Macroscopically speaking, language policy development is crucial to maintaining national security, stability and national strength. The Cambridge language Policy Handbook, published by Professor Bernard Spowski in 2012, The content contains his own research results. This is also the first monographs on language policy as a whole. The book contains a comprehensive account of the development, research and practice of language policy in various fields in many countries over the past 50 years. In general, the book is useful for language policy, for students, for researchers in linguistics teaching, for study, and for political research. Based on the theory of functional equivalence, this translation task uses the methods of collecting data, analyzing data and empirical analysis to translate the manual. In the course of translation practice, the author always follows the principle that the relationship between the receiver and the information should be consistent with the relationship between the original recipient and the information to a certain extent, and strive for the equivalence in meaning and try to achieve formal equivalence at the same time. According to the functional equivalence theory, the author adopts appropriate translation methods from the perspective of vocabulary, sentence and discourse. The lexical translation includes addition, transformation, concrete translation and abstract translation. At the level of sentence translation, transpose translation and broken sentence translation are adopted. Text translation focuses on cohesion and coherence. This translation practice report is divided into five parts: the first part is the origin of translation, which introduces the background and significance of translation. The second part is the introduction of the translation task, including the author and the original book as well as the translation process. The third part is the theoretical framework of translation, namely functional equivalence theory. In the fourth part, the author analyzes and summarizes the translation methods and specific cases used in this practice. The fifth part is the summary and enlightenment of translation. Under the guidance of functional equivalence theory, the author chooses specific translation methods to solve the translation difficulties. This practice has a good guiding effect on the translation practice of this kind of text in the future. Meanwhile, the author hopes to provide valuable information to the domestic researchers on language policy through translation in order to do their best.
