《美國獨立電影研究》講座交替?zhèn)髯g實踐報告

【摘要】:本口譯實踐報告是基于筆者于2016年12月為來自美國紐約城市大學的一位訪問學者——知名美國獨立電影導演的講座擔任交替?zhèn)髯g的親身經歷,結合研究生階段所學的口譯理論和方法,通過本文闡述交替?zhèn)髯g及陪同翻譯工作的特點及要求,詳細介紹了筆者在進行此次翻譯之前所做的譯前準備工作及在翻譯過程中譯員應當注意的商務禮儀、外事禮儀等,結合自己的經驗與失誤,以供讀者參考。實踐報告分為五章,分別為:任務描述、翻譯過程描述、譯前準備、案例分析與實踐總結。其中,案例分析為實踐報告的核心部分。第一章與第二章分別介紹了本次翻譯任務的來源、要求、翻譯過程以及譯后回顧。第三章為譯前準備,描述了筆者在會前針對演講者個人背景、講話特點分析、所在行業(yè)了解、材料預分析和演講內容預判,以及術語和環(huán)境準備。案例分析部分重現了我在現場的工作狀態(tài)和部分翻譯記錄,試圖找出在現場的緊張忙碌與不可控狀態(tài)和個人積極應變之間的平衡與創(chuàng)新。第四章又分為兩部分,第一部分為成功案例所使用技巧分析,第二部分為翻譯障礙和遺憾案例分析。個人創(chuàng)新之處在于針對聽力與筆記的時間分配難題,筆者大膽進行了無筆記交傳的嘗試,并取得了極大成功,在此提供了經驗與思考。第五章為實踐總結,重點闡述本次口譯實踐中未解決的問題及解決方法,以及對今后學習工作的啟發(fā)與展望,如提升母語修養(yǎng)等。
[Abstract]:This interpretation practice report is based on the author's personal experience in consecutive interpretation of a lecture given by a visiting scholar from the City University of New York, a well-known American independent film director, in December 2016. Combined with the theories and methods of interpreting in graduate students, this paper expounds the characteristics and requirements of consecutive interpretation and accompanying translation. This paper introduces in detail the pre-translation preparation work done by the author before the translation and the business etiquette and foreign affairs etiquette that the interpreter should pay attention to in the process of translation, combining with his own experience and mistakes, for the reader's reference. The practice report is divided into five chapters: task description, translation process description, pre-translation preparation, case analysis and practice summary. Among them, case analysis is the core part of practice report. Chapter one and chapter two respectively introduce the source, requirements, translation process and post-translation review of this translation task. The third chapter is about pre-translation preparation, which describes the author's personal background, speech characteristics, industry understanding, material pre-analysis and prejudgment of speech content, as well as terminology and environmental preparation. The case study part reproduces my work status and part of the translation record, trying to find out the balance and innovation between the busy and uncontrollable state of the scene and personal positive response. The fourth chapter is divided into two parts: the first part is the skill analysis of successful cases, the second part is the translation barriers and regret cases. Personal innovation lies in the difficulty of time allocation of listening and note-taking. The author has made a bold attempt to hand over notes without notes, and has achieved great success, which provides experience and thinking. The fifth chapter is a summary of the practice, focusing on the unsolved problems and solutions in this interpretation practice, as well as the inspiration and prospects for the future study, such as improving the cultivation of mother tongue.
