【摘要】：在當(dāng)今時(shí)代以優(yōu)秀的人文文化來武裝大學(xué)生的頭腦、陶冶大學(xué)生的情操具有重要的意義和作用。中國(guó)是茶葉之鄉(xiāng),更是茶文化的發(fā)源地,通過經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易,茶葉傳入西方國(guó)家,并對(duì)其社會(huì)風(fēng)俗、文化內(nèi)容產(chǎn)生了重要的影響,而西方茶文化經(jīng)過漫長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展,逐漸形成了獨(dú)具風(fēng)格的社會(huì)風(fēng)俗。對(duì)中西方茶文化的研究也是英語教學(xué)中跨文化交流的重點(diǎn)。隨著人文主義在教育領(lǐng)域的不斷深入,如何在中西方茶文化的對(duì)比中提高英語教學(xué)的人文素質(zhì)已經(jīng)成為學(xué)校、教師教學(xué)研究的重點(diǎn)。本文從中西方茶文化對(duì)比出發(fā),結(jié)合英語專業(yè)教學(xué)中存在的問題,探究英語人文素質(zhì)教學(xué)策略。
[Abstract]:In the present age, it is of great significance and function to arm the minds of college students with excellent humanistic culture and to cultivate their sentiment. China is the hometown of tea and the birthplace of tea culture. Through economic and trade, tea has been introduced into western countries, and has had an important impact on its social customs and cultural content. However, Western tea culture has been developed for a long time. Gradually formed a unique style of social customs. The study of Chinese and Western tea culture is also the focus of cross-cultural communication in English teaching. With the deepening of humanism in the field of education, how to improve the humanistic quality of English teaching in the contrast of tea culture between China and the West has become the focus of school and teacher teaching research. Based on the comparison between Chinese and western tea culture and the problems existing in English specialty teaching, this paper probes into the teaching strategies of English humanistic quality.
