【摘要】：《你是鴕鳥還是美洲駝?》一書講述酒店營銷與管理,語言平實簡潔,文風幽默,為信息類文本,帶有描述性和呼喚性本文的特點。為了使中文譯文流暢、地道、優(yōu)美,作者在翻譯過程以“歸化策略”為指導,將譯入語和譯文讀者放在首位,打磨、精修譯文得到終稿。本翻譯報告以作者對書中序言和賓客服務部分的翻譯為研究對象,報告中總結了英漢翻譯與譯文精修在詞、句、段三個層面的具體翻譯技巧,詞語層面體現(xiàn)在增詞、減詞、詞性轉換;句子層面體現(xiàn)在拆分、合并、調整、改寫;段落層面體現(xiàn)在重構和改編。本報告主要采用對比的方法進行研究,分析原文與譯文在句法結構、邏輯順序、語句銜接等方面的差異,譯文一稿和終稿的對比則詳細地解釋了采用“歸化策略”以及譯文精修的必要性和重要性。好的譯文是改出來的,譯文的精修是非常重要的一步。以“歸化策略”為指導進行翻譯與譯文精修,有助于提高譯文的可讀性,使譯文符合譯入語規(guī)范。期望本報告能提供一些英漢翻譯方面的啟示與建議。
[Abstract]:"are you an ostrich or an alpaca?" A book about hotel marketing and management, simple language, humorous style, information text, with descriptive and calling features of this article. In order to make the Chinese translation smooth, authentic and beautiful, the author, guided by the "domestication strategy", puts the target language and the target reader in the first place and refines the translation to get the final version. This translation report focuses on the author's translation of the preface and guest service parts of the book. It summarizes the specific translation techniques of English and Chinese translation and refinement of the translation on the three levels of words, sentences and paragraphs, which are reflected in the addition and subtraction of words. Part of speech conversion; sentence level reflected in split, merge, adjust, rewrite; paragraph level reflected in reconstruction and adaptation. This report mainly uses the contrastive method to analyze the differences between the original text and the target text in syntactic structure, logical order, sentence cohesion and so on. The comparison between the first draft and the final draft explains in detail the necessity and importance of adopting the domestication strategy and the refinement of the translation. A good translation is modified, and refinement is a very important step. Under the guidance of domestication strategy, translation and translation refinement can improve the readability of the target text and make it conform to the target language norms. It is hoped that this report will provide some enlightenment and suggestions on English-Chinese translation.
