【摘要】：隨著中國國際地位的不斷提高以及對外交流的日益深化,政治性文本的翻譯對于促進其經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和提高自身影響力的作用也越來越大;此外,鑒于奈達的“功能對等理論”在中國乃至全球翻譯界都有著極其深遠的影響,指導著人們的翻譯實踐。因此,以這一理論為依托,筆者分析了《2016年寧夏政府工作報告》的內容及其特點并對該報告進行了漢英翻譯,結合前人總結的翻譯方法及其策略,探討了此次翻譯過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,最終撰寫了該篇實踐報告。本報告共分六章:首先,筆者對此次翻譯任務進行了簡單介紹;其次,筆者分別從譯前、譯中和譯后三個步驟對此次翻譯過程進行了簡要描述。筆者在第三、四章里對“功能對等理論”以及該理論對翻譯所具有的指導意義進行了闡述,又對這一理論的發(fā)展歷程以及《政府工作報告》的翻譯現(xiàn)狀進行了回顧。第五章的案例分析是本篇實踐報告的重點,筆者詳細分析了在翻譯過程中應如何采用語義選擇、增加主語、照應等翻譯方法才能達到詞匯、句法和篇章三個層面上的對等。最后,筆者對此次翻譯實踐報告進行總結,指出了本研究的實踐意義和局限性,旨在為今后同類型文本的翻譯實踐提供參考和借鑒,并試圖激發(fā)更多讀者對用西方翻譯理論指導中國政府文件翻譯這一領域的興趣。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's international status and the deepening of foreign exchanges, the translation of political texts has played a more and more important role in promoting its economic development and enhancing its own influence. In view of Nida's functional equivalence theory, it has a profound influence in Chinese and global translation circles and guides people's translation practice. Therefore, based on this theory, the author analyzes the contents and characteristics of the "Ningxia Government work report 2016" and makes a Chinese-English translation of the report, combining the translation methods and strategies summarized by the predecessors. This paper discusses the problems in the process of translation, and finally writes the practical report. This report is divided into six chapters: first, the author briefly introduces the translation task; secondly, the author gives a brief description of the translation process from the three steps of pre-translation, translation Chinese and post-translation. In the third and fourth chapters, the author expounds the "functional equivalence theory" and its guiding significance in translation, and reviews the development of the theory and the translation situation of the "Government work report". The case study in Chapter 5 is the focus of this practical report. The author makes a detailed analysis of how to use semantic selection, subject and anaphora to achieve equivalence at the lexical, syntactic and textual levels in the process of translation. Finally, the author summarizes the translation practice report, points out the practical significance and limitations of this study, and aims to provide reference and reference for the translation practice of similar texts in the future. It also tries to arouse more readers' interest in guiding the translation of Chinese government documents by Western translation theory.
