【摘要】：中國(guó)茶文化歷經(jīng)數(shù)千年,可謂源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng),博大精深,自神農(nóng)氏發(fā)現(xiàn)茶之后到明清時(shí)期,茶文化達(dá)到鼎盛時(shí)期,在中國(guó)名著《紅樓夢(mèng)》誕生之時(shí)已是成熟階段。在《紅樓夢(mèng)》這部古典巨著之中,內(nèi)蘊(yùn)有諸多茶文化知識(shí),它將中國(guó)茶文化描繪得酣暢淋漓,對(duì)中國(guó)茶文化的理解也是深入骨髓。在楊憲益和霍克斯的《紅樓夢(mèng)》兩個(gè)英譯本中有大量的翻譯,基于不同文化背景和對(duì)文本的差異性理解,對(duì)《紅樓夢(mèng)》中的一些與茶有關(guān)的詞語(yǔ)進(jìn)行了翻譯,得到的效果截然不同。
[Abstract]:After thousands of years, the tea culture of China has a long history. From Shennong's discovery of tea to the Ming and Qing dynasties, the tea culture reached its peak, and it was a mature stage when the famous Chinese masterpiece A Dream of Red Mansions was born.In A Dream of Red Mansions, there are a lot of tea culture knowledge in this classic masterpiece, which depicts Chinese tea culture in a hearty way, and the understanding of Chinese tea culture is also a deep bone marrow.There are a lot of translations in two English versions of "Dream of Red Mansions" by Yang Xianyi and Hawks. Based on different cultural backgrounds and different understanding of the text, some tea-related words in A Dream of Red Mansions are translated.The results are quite different.
