《美麗的加利福尼亞烹飪指南》(節(jié)選)翻譯實踐報告

【摘要】:21世紀的旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,相關(guān)的旅游指南和書籍層出不窮,對旅游類書籍的翻譯的需求也越來越多。這會更好地促進旅游文化的傳播,加深讀者對不同國家的旅游資源的了解,豐富人們的業(yè)余生活,開拓眼界。在本次翻譯項目中,筆者結(jié)合自身的興趣和實用性選擇了《美麗的加利福尼亞烹飪指南》作為翻譯材料,以維米爾的目的論為指導(dǎo)進行了翻譯。該書介紹了加利福尼亞的飲食文化和風(fēng)土人情,內(nèi)容豐富,圖文并茂,是一份很好的翻譯材料。本報告可以被分為五個部分:首先簡要介紹了本文的主題、背景,加利福尼亞豐富的旅游資源和飲食文化以及選題的目的和意義;接下來是對本次翻譯任務(wù)進行了具體的描述,包括作品的簡介、讀者受眾的選擇以及目的論的介紹;然后是對翻譯過程的描述,包括譯前準備、質(zhì)量控制、翻譯輔助工具的選取等方面;第四部分是案例分析,筆者選取了一些典型的例句,運用涉及到的翻譯技巧和方法進行了分析;最后是對此次翻譯實踐的總結(jié),總結(jié)了筆者在翻譯過程中的收獲和不足,以及筆者獲得的一些感悟。通過本次翻譯實踐,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)在旅游類文本的翻譯過程中一個重點以及難點是如何在跨語言文化空缺的情況下盡量準確并且原汁原味地傳遞原文的信息和意境。通過將翻譯實踐與目的論相結(jié)合,筆者將加州的風(fēng)土人情和烹飪文化更加形象地還原了出來,更好地實現(xiàn)了譯文的預(yù)期功能,以給中外烹飪文化交流和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展增添一份助力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism industry in the 21st century, there are more and more tourist guides and books.This will promote the spread of tourism culture, deepen readers' understanding of tourism resources in different countries, enrich people's amateur life and broaden their horizons.In this translation project, the author selected the beautiful California Cooking Guide as translation material, guided by Vermeer's Skopos theory.The book introduces California's food culture and customs, rich in content, picturesque, is a good translation materials.This report can be divided into five parts: first, a brief introduction to the theme, background, California's rich tourism resources and food culture, as well as the purpose and significance of the topic.It includes the introduction of the works, the choice of the readers and the Skopos theory, and then the description of the translation process, including pre-translation preparation, quality control, selection of translation aids and so on. The fourth part is the case study.The author selects some typical example sentences and analyzes them by using the translation techniques and methods involved. Finally, the author summarizes the translation practice, summarizes the author's achievements and shortcomings in the process of translation, and gives some insights to the author.Through this translation practice, the author finds that one of the key and difficult points in the process of translation of tourist texts is how to convey the original information and artistic conception accurately and original in the case of cross-language cultural vacancy.Through the combination of translation practice and Skopos theory, the author restores California's local customs and culinary culture more vividly and realizes the expected function of the translation better.In order to Chinese and foreign culinary culture exchange and tourism development to add a boost.
