【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和必備條件,加快基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不僅可以拉動內(nèi)需、刺激經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,而且也為經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展做好鋪墊。中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行促進(jìn)了廣西區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,但同時也對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提出了更高的要求�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施領(lǐng)域文件翻譯有利于吸引外商投資,促進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長積蓄力量,增添后勁。本報告是一篇關(guān)于2016年廣西基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施產(chǎn)業(yè)投資合作項目的翻譯報告。原文文本來源于廣西壯族自治區(qū)投資促進(jìn)局外國投資促進(jìn)處,屬于工程技術(shù)文件,規(guī)模為13420字,收錄了廣西基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施產(chǎn)業(yè)投資合作項目,內(nèi)容涉及水利工程、橋梁建設(shè)、道路建設(shè)、電力工程、機(jī)場遷建、污水處理以及流域整治等領(lǐng)域,重點介紹了項目投資規(guī)模、建設(shè)內(nèi)容以及進(jìn)展情況,以便投資商了解項目內(nèi)容及意義,達(dá)到吸引國內(nèi)外投資,促進(jìn)廣西區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)及社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的目的。本報告分為五個部分,第一章為引言,介紹本項目的翻譯背景、目的及意義;第二章是譯前準(zhǔn)備,對本次翻譯項目準(zhǔn)備過程做詳細(xì)的描述,包括了解客戶要求、分析文本類型、確定語言風(fēng)格、分析翻譯難點、尋找理論支撐、制定翻譯計劃等內(nèi)容;第三章為質(zhì)量控制,從自我校對、同學(xué)校對和老師校對三個層面明確闡述譯文的質(zhì)量控制過程;第四章是案例分析,談及本次翻譯項目中譯者針對翻譯難點,包括專有名詞、項目名稱、無主句以及長句所采用的翻譯方法,并結(jié)合案例進(jìn)行具體分析;第五章為總結(jié),結(jié)合此次翻譯項目經(jīng)歷闡述對翻譯活動的新認(rèn)識并總結(jié)翻譯經(jīng)驗。筆者通過此次翻譯項目實踐,總結(jié)了工程技術(shù)文件的翻譯方法和技巧,以期更好地指導(dǎo)筆者今后對此類文本的翻譯實踐工作,同時為其他譯員的翻譯實踐提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Infrastructure is the foundation and necessary condition for social and economic development. Speeding up infrastructure construction can not only stimulate domestic demand, but also stimulate economic growth. It also paved the way for the sustained and healthy development of the economy. The smooth construction of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area promoted the social and economic development of Guangxi. But at the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for infrastructure construction. The translation of documents in the field of infrastructure is conducive to attracting foreign investment, promoting the development of infrastructure industries, and saving strength for economic growth. This report is a translation report on the Guangxi Infrastructure Investment Cooperation Project in 2016. The original text is from the Foreign Investment Promotion Office of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region Investment Promotion Bureau, which belongs to an engineering technical document with a scale of 13420 words. The investment and cooperation projects in the infrastructure industry of Guangxi have been collected, covering water conservancy projects, bridge construction, road construction, electric power engineering, airport relocation, sewage treatment and watershed renovation, etc. The investment scale of the project has been emphatically introduced. The content and progress of the project will enable investors to understand the content and significance of the project so as to attract domestic and foreign investment and promote infrastructure construction and socio-economic development in Guangxi. This report is divided into five parts, the first of which is the introduction. This paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of this project. The second chapter describes the preparation process of the project in detail, including understanding the customer requirements, analyzing the text type, determining the language style, and analyzing the difficulties in translation. The third chapter is quality control, including self-proofreading, student proofreading and teacher proofreading. Chapter four is a case study. The translation methods used by the translator in this translation project, including proper nouns, project names, non-subject sentences and long sentences, are discussed and analyzed with a case study. Chapter five is a summary. Based on the experience of this translation project, the author expounds the new understanding of translation activities and summarizes the translation experience. The author summarizes the translation methods and techniques of engineering technical documents through the practice of this translation project. The purpose of this paper is to guide the translation practice of this kind of text in the future, and to provide reference for the translation practice of other translators at the same time.
