【摘要】："國體"和"政體"是法律上、政治上的兩個(gè)重要概念。然而,由于種種原因,其英譯五花八門。為了講好中國故事,本文結(jié)合中國國情及中西文化差異,追溯了"國體"和"政體"概念的由來及其相關(guān)法律、政治內(nèi)涵,考查"國體"和"政體"的區(qū)別,對(duì)比現(xiàn)行英譯的差異,嘗試從規(guī)范角度處理"國體"和"政體"的英譯。研究認(rèn)為,可將"國體"和"政體"分別譯為form of state和form of government。本研究或許對(duì)當(dāng)下中國文化走出去背景下一些核心政治術(shù)語英譯的規(guī)范提供一種思路參考。
[Abstract]:"State system" and "regime" are two important concepts in law and politics. However, for various reasons, their translation into English is varied. In order to tell a good story of China, this paper combines the national conditions of China and the differences between Chinese and Western cultures. This paper traces the origin of the concepts of "state system" and "regime" and their relevant laws and political connotations, examines the differences between "state system" and "regime", and compares the differences in current English translations. Try to deal with the translation of "state system" and "polity" from a normative point of view. "State system" and "regime" can be translated into form of state and form of government respectively. This study may provide a reference for the norms of translating some core political terms under the background of Chinese culture going global.
