【摘要】：在寫作中,第一人稱的使用是體現(xiàn)作者身份最明顯的手段。作者通過(guò)第一人稱代詞的使用,能夠在寫作中展現(xiàn)不同的作者身份,表達(dá)不同的交際目的。本文研究中國(guó)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者在英語(yǔ)議論文中如何通過(guò)第一人稱代詞來(lái)構(gòu)建作者身份,表達(dá)作者權(quán)威。通過(guò)定量和定性結(jié)合的方法,分析第一人稱代詞的使用頻率、語(yǔ)義所指和作者角色,本文從整體上考察學(xué)生在何種程度上使用第一人稱代詞來(lái)構(gòu)建作者身份。數(shù)據(jù)顯示,總體上學(xué)生在議論文寫作中普遍使用了第一人稱代詞,并且更側(cè)重于使用第一人稱復(fù)數(shù),用來(lái)敘述經(jīng)歷和尋求讀者合作與認(rèn)同。其次,在第一人稱代詞的語(yǔ)義指稱上,學(xué)生大量使用了“包括性”復(fù)數(shù)代詞,以此展現(xiàn)自己的“集體身份”。在第一人稱代詞所展現(xiàn)的作者身份上,學(xué)生更多地使用第一人稱代詞來(lái)展示“敘述者”身份,其次是“代表人”身份,“觀點(diǎn)持有者”身份,最后是“向?qū)А鄙矸�。也就是說(shuō),這些學(xué)生更傾向于在作文中扮演“敘述者”,體現(xiàn)較弱的權(quán)威意識(shí)。本文針對(duì)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),從文化和社會(huì)因素方面做了可能的解釋。首先,中國(guó)學(xué)生大量使用第一人稱復(fù)數(shù)進(jìn)行自我指稱與其從小接觸和認(rèn)同的集體文化主義有深刻聯(lián)系。其次,自我導(dǎo)向和他者導(dǎo)向,不同文化下的寫作方式,以及寫作權(quán)威意識(shí)同樣影響著學(xué)生在寫作中作者身份的展現(xiàn)。再次,在議論文寫作策略上采取舉例論證還是說(shuō)理論證,對(duì)是否使用第一人稱也有很大影響。此外,還可能受到不同寫作教學(xué)書的指導(dǎo),學(xué)生的讀者意識(shí)以及學(xué)生個(gè)人偏好等因素的影響。
[Abstract]:In writing, the use of the first person is the most obvious means to reflect the identity of the author. Through the use of the first person pronoun, the author can show different author identities in the writing. This paper studies how Chinese EFL learners use first person pronouns to construct author identity and express authorship in English argumentation. By analyzing the frequency of use of first person pronouns, semantic references and author roles, this paper investigates the extent to which students use first person pronouns to construct their identity. In general, first person pronouns are commonly used in argumentative writing, and they focus more on the plural of the first person to describe their experiences and seek the cooperation and identification of the readers. Secondly, in the semantic reference of the first person pronouns, Students often use "including" plural pronouns to show their "collective identity". In the first person pronouns, they often use first person pronouns to show their "narrator" identity. The second is "representative" identity, "viewpoint holder" identity, and finally "guide" identity. That is to say, these students tend to play "narrator" in their compositions, reflecting a weaker sense of authority. Possible explanations are made in terms of cultural and social factors. First, Chinese students' extensive use of the first person plural for self-referencing is deeply related to the collective culturalism in which they have come into contact with and identify with since childhood. Secondly, self-orientation and other-orientation. The writing style in different cultures, as well as the writing authority consciousness, also affect the students' identity in the writing. Thirdly, it takes case or reasoning argument in argumentative writing strategy. In addition, it may also be influenced by the guidance of different writing teaching books, the students' reader consciousness and students' personal preferences.
