【摘要】:近年來,惠及世界人民的醫(yī)學(xué)研究取得重大進(jìn)展。在全球化的背景下,世界各國之間的聯(lián)系更加密切,隨之而來的是更加頻繁地分享和交流先進(jìn)的醫(yī)學(xué)研究成果。大多數(shù)重要的醫(yī)學(xué)研究報告是用英文發(fā)表的,而在中國,并非所有的醫(yī)學(xué)研究者和興趣愛好者都能讀懂此類英文科技報告,因此英漢醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯就十分必要。盡管自新中國成立以來,我國醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯取得了一些成績,但英文版的醫(yī)學(xué)文本特別是那些前沿研究的翻譯量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,因此給醫(yī)學(xué)交流造成了很大的障礙。作者將分析一篇醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯文本,并根據(jù)翻譯做出此報告。本報告基于對《環(huán)境危害與神經(jīng)發(fā)育》部分章節(jié)的翻譯的實(shí)踐報告。《環(huán)境危害與神經(jīng)發(fā)育》于2015年由蘋果學(xué)術(shù)出版社出版。內(nèi)容是關(guān)于多動癥、學(xué)習(xí)障礙、特殊教育和其他神經(jīng)障礙與環(huán)境危害之間聯(lián)系的研究。目標(biāo)讀者是醫(yī)學(xué)研究者、醫(yī)學(xué)專家和醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)愛好者。報告包括翻譯的任務(wù)背景介紹、任務(wù)目的和意義、任務(wù)描述、翻譯過程和案例分析。案例分析將從詞匯層面、句法層面和篇章層面來分析此醫(yī)學(xué)文本的翻譯。為保證譯文質(zhì)量,作者以紐馬克的交際翻譯理論作為指導(dǎo),并結(jié)合其他翻譯策略和技巧來改進(jìn)譯文,例如增詞、省略、轉(zhuǎn)換。總之,作者希望此翻譯和分析能給對此任務(wù)領(lǐng)域感興趣的人一些建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, great progress has been made in medical research benefiting the people of the world. In the context of globalization, the links between the countries of the world have become closer. What follows is a more frequent sharing and exchange of advanced medical research results. Most of the important medical research reports are published in English, and in China, Not all medical researchers and enthusiasts can read such English scientific and technical reports, so English-Chinese medical translation is very necessary. Although since the founding of New China, medical translation in China has made some achievements. But the English versions of medical texts, especially those of leading edge studies, are far from translated, and thus pose a major obstacle to medical communication. The author will analyze a medical translation. This report is based on the practice of translating some chapters of Environmental hazards and nerve Development. Environmental hazards and Neurodevelopment was published by Apple academic Press in 2015. Research on the link between learning disabilities, special education and other neurological disorders and environmental hazards. The target audience is medical researchers, medical experts and medical science enthusiasts. Task description, translation process and case analysis. Case studies will analyze the translation of the medical text at the lexical, syntactic and textual levels. In order to ensure the quality of the translation, the author is guided by Newmark's communicative translation theory. It also combines other translation strategies and techniques to improve the translation, such as adding words, omitting, and transforming. In a word, the author hopes that this translation and analysis can give some suggestions to those interested in this task area.
