初中低年級英語繪本閱讀教學實踐有效性研究

【摘要】:在英語語言教學中,尤其是教學對象為初學者,英語繪本,作為教材的補充讀物,已逐漸得到廣泛使用,也得到學生的青睞。其最大的優(yōu)點為:有豐富的插圖,使文字顯得生動活潑。英語繪本中的文章具備情節(jié)趣味性強、語言地道、題材豐富等特點。相比于傳統(tǒng)的素材單一、內容枯燥的英語閱讀教學而言,英語繪本閱讀教學更具優(yōu)勢,不僅能夠培養(yǎng)學生的閱讀興趣,擴大詞匯量,還能夠幫助學生學習了解英語國家的文化習俗以及地道的語言。因此,開展英語繪本教學,對提高閱讀教學效率具有較大的實踐價值。本研究以兒童本位理論和兒童心理發(fā)展理論、多元智能理論、語言習得關鍵期假說、圖式理論和讀者反應理論為理論基礎,以文獻分析法,課堂觀察法和調查問卷法等為主要研究方法。主要研究問題如下:(1)如何刺激學生的閱讀動機和閱讀興趣?(2)如何培養(yǎng)和提學生閱讀理解能力?(3)如何在英語繪本閱讀過程中,采用更多的教學形式提高學生語言運用能力?筆者選取執(zhí)教的黃浦區(qū)儲能中學預備年級兩個班40位學生為實驗對象。利用繪本進行閱讀教學的課程設計,并以此對繪本閱讀教學課程進行評價和反思。最后筆者剖析了英語繪本教學與傳統(tǒng)閱讀教學的差異性。研究表明,繪本閱讀以下四大優(yōu)勢:(1)激發(fā)學生興趣,降低閱讀難度。(2)架起文化溝通橋梁,拓展學生知識面。(3)有助于教師課堂身份的轉換。(4)有利于對學生的情感教育。
[Abstract]:In English language teaching, especially for beginners, English picture books, as supplementary reading materials, have gradually been widely used and favored by students. The articles in English picture books are characterized by interesting plot, authentic language, rich subject matter and so on. Compared with the traditional teaching of English reading with single material and boring content, English picture book reading teaching has more advantages. It can not only cultivate students' reading interest, enlarge their vocabulary, but also help them to learn the cultural customs and idiomatic languages of English countries. It is of great practical value to improve the efficiency of reading teaching. This study is based on the theory of children's standard and children's psychological development, the theory of multiple intelligences, the hypothesis of critical period of language acquisition, the theory of schema and the theory of reader's reaction. The main research methods are literature analysis, classroom observation and questionnaire. The main research questions are as follows: 1) how to stimulate students' reading motivation and interest? (2) how to develop students' reading comprehension ability? How to use more teaching methods to improve students' language use ability in the process of reading English picture books? The author selected 40 students from two classes of preparatory grade in Huangpu district energy storage middle school as experimental objects, and designed the course of reading teaching with picture book. Finally, the author analyzes the difference between picture book teaching and traditional reading teaching. The research shows that picture book reading has the following four advantages: 1) arousing students' interest. To reduce the difficulty of reading, to build a bridge of cultural communication and to expand the students' knowledge. 3) to help teachers to change their classroom identity. 4) to help students' emotional education.
