【摘要】：魯迅先生的代表作《阿Q正傳》是中國現(xiàn)代文學的奠基之作,在世界文學中也享有盛譽。該小說以農(nóng)村小鎮(zhèn)未莊為背景,塑造了一個以“精神勝利法”為主要特征的阿Q,是辛亥革命前后病態(tài)的中國人和中國社會的真實寫照。自1921年《阿Q正傳》發(fā)表以來,該小說先后被翻譯成二十多種語言,促進了中國文學和文化在世界的傳播。本文選取楊憲益、戴乃迭和藍詩玲的譯本作為研究對象,采用對比研究方法進行研究。為探尋產(chǎn)生差異的隱藏原因,本論文從譯者主體性角度出發(fā),分宏觀和微觀兩個層面對兩個譯本進行比較,旨在通過分析譯本之間的差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)導致差異產(chǎn)生的原因。中國著名翻譯家、外國文學研究專家楊憲益與其夫人戴乃迭受邀于外文出版社于1953年共同翻譯了《阿Q正傳》,采用異化翻譯策略、直譯翻譯方法,忠實于原文,選詞精準、句式結構多變,對外宣傳中國優(yōu)秀文化。2009年英國著名漢學家藍詩玲則在企鵝出版社的建議下翻譯了包括《阿Q正傳》在內(nèi)的33篇魯迅小說,這是魯迅的小說第一次整體地被介紹給西方讀者。藍詩玲采用歸化翻譯策略、意譯翻譯方法,在深刻理解原文的基礎上發(fā)揮主體性,跨越中西方文化差異,使西方讀者更加深入地了解中國文化和中華民族。通過對比分析,我們可以看出譯者是如何在翻譯的過程中發(fā)揮主體性。同時,《阿Q正傳》能在其發(fā)表88年后仍能成為世界文學的焦點,再次被翻譯成英語且被收錄在知名度極高且極具權威性的英國企鵝文庫,足見二十一世紀的中國文學在世界范圍的影響力和地位。
[Abstract]:Mr. Lu Xun's masterpiece A Q is the foundation of modern Chinese literature and enjoys a high reputation in the world literature. The novel is set in the rural town of Weizhuang. Ah Q, which is characterized by "spiritual Victory Law", is a true portrayal of the morbid Chinese and Chinese society before and after the 1911 Revolution. Since 1921, the True Story of Ah Q has been published. The novel has been translated into more than 20 languages, promoting the spread of Chinese literature and culture in the world. In order to explore the hidden causes of the differences, this thesis compares the two versions from the perspective of the translator's subjectivity at the macro and micro levels. The purpose of this paper is to find out the causes of the differences by analyzing the differences between the translations. Yang Xianyi and his wife Dai Naidi were invited to translate the True Story of Ah Q by Foreign language Publishing House in 1953. Yang Xianyi adopted the strategy of foreignization and literal translation and was faithful to the original text. The choice of words is accurate and the structure of sentences is changeable. In 2009, the famous British Sinologist Lan Shi-ling translated 33 novels of Lu Xun, including the True Story of Ah Q, at the suggestion of Penguin Publishing House. This is the first time that Lu Xun's novel has been introduced to western readers in a whole way. Lan Shi-ling uses domestication translation strategy and free translation method to give full play to his subjectivity on the basis of profound understanding of the original text and to transcend the cultural differences between China and the West. Through comparative analysis, we can see how the translator plays the role of subjectivity in the process of translation. The True Story of Ah Q can still be the focus of the world literature after its publication 88 years later. It has been translated into English and included in the highly well-known and authoritative British Penguin Library. See the influence and position of Chinese literature in the world in 21th century.
