【摘要】：正從20世紀(jì)末開始,教育改革的一個(gè)重要趨勢(shì)是制訂課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或?qū)W習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這一趨勢(shì)在教育界一度被稱為"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)動(dòng)"(standards movement,Richards,2001)。在外語和第二語言教育領(lǐng)域,"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)動(dòng)"的典型產(chǎn)物是外語或第二語言課程(學(xué)習(xí))標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其中影響最廣泛的是美國(guó)在國(guó)家層面制定的"21世紀(jì)外語學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"(Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century)以及美國(guó)各州制定的外語學(xué)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。中國(guó)教育部在1999年啟動(dòng)新一輪基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革時(shí),順應(yīng)國(guó)際教育改
[Abstract]:It started from the end of twentieth Century, an important trend of educational reform is to develop the curriculum standards or academic standards. This trend in the field of education once known as the "standard" (standards movement, Richards, 2001). In the education of foreign language and second language areas, "the typical product standard movement" is a foreign or second language the curriculum standard (learning), one of the most widely influence is the development of America at the national level in twenty-first Century of "standards for foreign language learning" (Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century) and the United States to develop standards for foreign language learning.
