【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷擴(kuò)大與發(fā)展,各國在經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等方面的交流日益密切,翻譯作為跨文化交際中的典型手段變得越發(fā)重要。法律翻譯作為一種特殊領(lǐng)域的公文翻譯形式,顯得更為重要。近年來,釣魚島、南海等涉及海洋方面的國際爭端越來越突出,在此背景下,與海洋相關(guān)的法律翻譯顯得尤為重要。本文以《中華人民共和國海洋環(huán)境保護(hù)法》為翻譯對象,靈活運(yùn)用各種翻譯方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)本文的文本翻譯,包括翻譯任務(wù)描述、翻譯文本概述、翻譯案例、翻譯總結(jié)四個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章翻譯任務(wù)描述中,筆者主要對本文的國內(nèi)法律翻譯概況、翻譯意義及目的兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了描述。第二章翻譯文本概述中,主要對原文的類型、字?jǐn)?shù)、所具有的影響等方面進(jìn)行概述。第三章翻譯案例中,筆者主要?jiǎng)澐譃樵~匯、句型翻譯兩部分。詞匯翻譯中,筆者選取了專業(yè)術(shù)語和《中華人民共和國海洋環(huán)境保護(hù)法》中的特殊用語進(jìn)行分析;而句型的翻譯則主要對含有“應(yīng)當(dāng)”“不得”、“可以”的句型進(jìn)行分析。第四章翻譯總結(jié)中,筆者總結(jié)了在翻譯過程中獲得的翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)。筆者希望本文的翻譯成果能為來華從事航行、勘探、開發(fā)、旅游等活動(dòng)的外籍人士提供參考學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:With the expansion and development of economic globalization, the communication between countries in economy, politics and culture is getting closer and closer. As a typical means of cross-cultural communication, translation becomes more and more important. As a form of official document translation in a special field, legal translation is even more important. In recent years, international disputes such as the Diaoyu Islands and the South China Sea have become more and more prominent. In this context, the legal translation related to the sea is particularly important. Taking the Marine Environment Protection Law of the people's Republic of China as the object of translation, this paper makes flexible use of various translation methods to realize the text translation of this paper, including translation task description, translation text overview, translation case, translation summary and four chapters. In the first chapter, the author mainly describes the domestic legal translation situation, translation significance and purpose. In the second chapter, the author summarizes the type, the number of words and the influence of the original text. In the third chapter, the author divides into two parts: lexical translation and sentence pattern translation. In the lexical translation, the author selects the technical terms and the special terms in the Marine Environment Protection Law of the people's Republic of China to analyze, while the translation of sentence patterns mainly analyzes the sentence patterns that contain "should" not "and" can ". In Chapter four, the author summarizes the translation experience gained in the process of translation. The author hopes that the translation results of this paper can provide reference for foreigners who come to China to engage in navigation, exploration, development, tourism and other activities.
