【摘要】：文章將圖書館職業(yè)能力放入信息—智能—轉(zhuǎn)換的知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中去考察,對應(yīng)知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的"一體化"、知行論的"知行合一"和科學(xué)技術(shù)產(chǎn)生發(fā)展"三大基本規(guī)律",研究圖書館職業(yè)能力的相關(guān)要素、作用機(jī)理和功能效用與信息—知識—智能轉(zhuǎn)換的運(yùn)行規(guī)律的關(guān)系。從圖書館職業(yè)能力在人類知識活動中輔助人類智能生成中的作用看,圖書情報學(xué)屬于信息科學(xué),是具有輔助智能科學(xué)特征的科學(xué)。圖書館職業(yè)能力就是運(yùn)用信息科學(xué)原理與技術(shù),以獨(dú)特的智力和方法服務(wù)于人類智能發(fā)展的能力。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author puts the library professional ability into the knowledge ecosystem of information-intelligence-transformation. Corresponding to the "integration" of the knowledge ecosystem, the "integration of knowledge and action" and the "three basic laws" of the development of science and technology, the relevant elements of library professional ability are studied. From the view of the function of library professional ability in assisting human intelligence generation in human knowledge activities, library and information science belongs to information science. Library professional ability is the ability to use the principle and technology of information science to serve the development of human intelligence with unique intelligence and methods.
