基于文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)的我國2006-2015年植物分子生物學(xué)研究態(tài)勢分析

【摘要】:植物分子生物學(xué)是植物基因工程的理論基礎(chǔ),對作物遺傳改良、新品種培育有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,總結(jié)我國植物分子生物學(xué)科研論文產(chǎn)出,客觀評價我國在該研究領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)研究水平及影響力,了解發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和變化趨勢,對我國種業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新有重要意義。以Web of Science數(shù)據(jù)庫為文獻(xiàn)來源,檢索了2006-2015年間我國研究人員在植物分子生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表的高水平研究文獻(xiàn),用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)方法分析了我國論文產(chǎn)出數(shù)量和影響力的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展態(tài)勢,并與世界主要國家進(jìn)行對比,同時對該領(lǐng)域內(nèi)我國科學(xué)家發(fā)文期刊、高產(chǎn)作者、高產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)、資助來源和國際合作情況的分布特征進(jìn)行描述,并揭示了我國植物分子生物學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明:過去十年間我國植物分子生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展迅速,我國科學(xué)家發(fā)表的影響因子大于4.0的論文共計(jì)3 841篇,占全球總數(shù)的16.74%,全球排名第二,且年度發(fā)表量呈現(xiàn)逐年遞增的趨勢,從2012年開始躍居全球第二,與美國的差距日益縮小。論文影響力也得到了提升,但與荷蘭、英國等世界領(lǐng)先水平國家仍有較大差距。通過本研究進(jìn)一步把握了植物分子生物學(xué)全球發(fā)展格局,挖掘出我國在該領(lǐng)域的一批優(yōu)勢機(jī)構(gòu)和領(lǐng)軍人才,理清我國國際合作關(guān)系,追溯資助來源,探測研究熱點(diǎn),識別我國在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的國際地位,找到優(yōu)勢和潛力,并發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和差距,以期為植物分子生物學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Plant molecular biology is the theoretical basis of plant genetic engineering, which has important guiding significance for crop genetic improvement and breeding of new varieties. Objective evaluation of the basic research level and influence in the field of research in China, understanding the present situation and changing trend of development is of great significance to the independent innovation of seed industry in China. The Web of Science database is used as the source of literature. The high level research literature published by Chinese researchers in the field of plant molecular biology from 2006 to 2015 was retrieved. The present situation and development trend of the number and influence of papers in China were analyzed by bibliometrics. And compared with the major countries in the world, we also described the distribution characteristics of Chinese scientists' published periodicals, high-yield authors, high-yielding institutions, sources of funding and international cooperation in this field. The results show that the field of plant molecular biology in China has developed rapidly in the past ten years, and a total of 3 841 papers have been published by Chinese scientists whose influencing factors are greater than 4.0. With 16.74 percent of the world's total, second in the world, and with annual publications increasing year by year, it has become the second largest in the world since 2012, and the gap with the United States has been narrowing. The influence of the paper has also increased, but with the Netherlands, There is still a big gap between Britain and other leading countries in the world. Through this study, we have further grasped the global development pattern of plant molecular biology, excavated a group of superior institutions and leaders in this field, and clarified our international cooperation relations. In order to provide reference for the development of plant molecular biology, we can trace the sources of funding, detect the hot spots of research, identify the international status of our country in the field, find out the advantages and potentials, and find out the problems and gaps.
