【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)載體檔案管理中,文件分類方案與保管期限表是分開制定與維護的,這種模式不僅會增加管理成本,而且容易割裂兩者之間應有的聯(lián)系。電子文件分類方案與保管期限表有必要進行集成管理。文章從電子文件前端管控的實踐需要出發(fā),基于電子文件智能管理視角,剖析了電子文件分類方案和保管期限表集成管理的內涵、可行性、優(yōu)勢、功能和實現(xiàn)方法。
[Abstract]:In the traditional carrier file management, the file classification scheme and the storage time table are developed and maintained separately, which not only increases the management cost, but also increases the management cost. Moreover, it is easy to separate the relationship between the two. It is necessary to integrate the electronic file classification scheme and the storage time table. This paper starts from the practice of electronic file front-end control, based on the perspective of intelligent management of electronic document. This paper analyzes the connotation, feasibility, advantage, function and implementation method of the integrated management of electronic document classification scheme and storage time table.
