本報(bào)告基于作者在醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯公司實(shí)習(xí)的翻譯項(xiàng)目——美國(guó)強(qiáng)生子公司楊森制藥有限公司（美國(guó)地區(qū)）的DARZALEX說(shuō)明書(shū)英譯漢項(xiàng)目。作者根據(jù)翻譯實(shí)踐的情況,梳理了翻譯的過(guò)程,總結(jié)了源文本的特點(diǎn)和翻譯中的難點(diǎn),并在功能對(duì)等理論的指導(dǎo)下,總結(jié)了醫(yī)藥說(shuō)明類(lèi)文本適用的翻譯方法和技巧。源文本屬于說(shuō)明文,具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和專(zhuān)業(yè)性。除了包含大量的專(zhuān)業(yè)說(shuō)明外,源文本中還包含一些具有宣傳功能的表達(dá)。因此,在翻譯的過(guò)程中,譯者需要在對(duì)等傳遞信息的基礎(chǔ)上,讓譯文本實(shí)現(xiàn)和源文本相同的功能。作者在翻譯中遇到的問(wèn)題可以分為三個(gè)層面:詞匯層面、句法層面和語(yǔ)篇層面。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的有效傳遞,解決翻譯中遇到的問(wèn)題,作者選擇了奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論作為指導(dǎo)理論并基于該理論采用了零翻譯、增譯、分譯、轉(zhuǎn)換、重復(fù)等翻譯方法和翻譯技巧,并于本報(bào)告中進(jìn)行了闡述和案例分析。期望本報(bào)告能夠?yàn)獒t(yī)藥說(shuō)明類(lèi)文本的漢譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng)提供借鑒。
