本報告基于作者在醫(yī)學(xué)翻譯公司實習(xí)的翻譯項目——美國強(qiáng)生子公司楊森制藥有限公司（美國地區(qū)）的DARZALEX說明書英譯漢項目。作者根據(jù)翻譯實踐的情況,梳理了翻譯的過程,總結(jié)了源文本的特點和翻譯中的難點,并在功能對等理論的指導(dǎo)下,總結(jié)了醫(yī)藥說明類文本適用的翻譯方法和技巧。源文本屬于說明文,具有很強(qiáng)的實用性和專業(yè)性。除了包含大量的專業(yè)說明外,源文本中還包含一些具有宣傳功能的表達(dá)。因此,在翻譯的過程中,譯者需要在對等傳遞信息的基礎(chǔ)上,讓譯文本實現(xiàn)和源文本相同的功能。作者在翻譯中遇到的問題可以分為三個層面:詞匯層面、句法層面和語篇層面。為了實現(xiàn)信息的有效傳遞,解決翻譯中遇到的問題,作者選擇了奈達(dá)的功能對等理論作為指導(dǎo)理論并基于該理論采用了零翻譯、增譯、分譯、轉(zhuǎn)換、重復(fù)等翻譯方法和翻譯技巧,并于本報告中進(jìn)行了闡述和案例分析。期望本報告能夠為醫(yī)藥說明類文本的漢譯實踐活動提供借鑒。
