　　本文是一篇英漢翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告。原文選自美國最負(fù)盛名的蒙元史學(xué)家托瑪斯·愛爾森所著的《歐亞大陸蒙古文化與征服》（Culture and Conquest in Mongol Eurasia,2001）。全文共二十三章,翻譯實(shí)踐所選章節(jié)為第二章“蒙古王朝之前”（Before the Mongols）和第三章“伊爾汗國的形成1251-1265”（Formation of the Il-qans,1251–1265）。選取章節(jié)主要介紹了蒙古王朝的更迭以及此時(shí)與歐洲大陸尤其是伊朗的關(guān)系往來。在翻譯的過程中,遇到了不少翻譯難點(diǎn),其中包括詞匯難點(diǎn)、句法難點(diǎn)和篇章難點(diǎn)。詞匯難點(diǎn)包括人名地名的翻譯。句法難點(diǎn)包括長句、定語從句和被動語態(tài)的翻譯。篇章難點(diǎn)包括語篇銜接與連貫兩個(gè)方面的翻譯難點(diǎn)。該實(shí)踐報(bào)告詳細(xì)闡述并分析了這些翻譯難點(diǎn)。針對詞匯難點(diǎn),譯者主要采用注釋法和音譯法;針對句法難點(diǎn),譯者主要采用順句法,重構(gòu)法和改變語態(tài)的方法;針對篇章難點(diǎn),譯者分別采取了替代和增加邏輯連詞的方法。最后,一方面該文本內(nèi)容新穎,文本有一定難度,在翻譯過程中譯者可以提升自身英譯漢能力,強(qiáng)化自身英文理解能力和中文表達(dá)能力。另一方面,...
