本文是一篇英譯漢翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,原文是譯者在某外貿(mào)公司實(shí)習(xí)期間翻譯的兩份銅精礦進(jìn)口合同。隨著我國(guó)提出的“一帶一路”倡議得到世界上越來(lái)越多國(guó)家和地區(qū)的積極響應(yīng),近年來(lái),國(guó)家又相繼出臺(tái)一系列旨在發(fā)展對(duì)外貿(mào)易的新舉措,我國(guó)的國(guó)際貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅速,外貿(mào)合同的翻譯也變得越來(lái)越重要。該報(bào)告首先對(duì)此次翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、意義以及論文結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行闡述。其次分析了所選文本的特點(diǎn),簡(jiǎn)要介紹了翻譯工具及過(guò)程。譯者此次翻譯的兩份銅精礦進(jìn)口合同包含諸多外貿(mào)專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)及法律術(shù)語(yǔ),且多用復(fù)雜長(zhǎng)句。因此在理解和翻譯上有一定的難度。譯者將翻譯過(guò)程中的難點(diǎn)歸納為詞匯和句法兩個(gè)部分。詞匯層面包括一詞多義、專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)、詞性的改變,句法層面包括被動(dòng)句和長(zhǎng)難句。基于此,譯者針對(duì)性地采用（1）選詞法、意譯法、詞性轉(zhuǎn)換法以及（2）語(yǔ)態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換法、增譯法、順序操作法以及句式重構(gòu)法等具體的翻譯方法進(jìn)行處理。該報(bào)告還總結(jié)了譯者在此次翻譯實(shí)踐中收獲的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及實(shí)踐報(bào)告存在的局限性,并期待未來(lái)在經(jīng)貿(mào)英語(yǔ)和法律英語(yǔ)翻譯領(lǐng)域研究能有其他角度的新突破。
