本文試著對(duì)隱喻翻譯的特點(diǎn)及其局限性進(jìn)行深入的探討,運(yùn)用認(rèn)知翻譯的手段翻譯文學(xué)文本中的隱喻時(shí),很多時(shí)候會(huì)因多種因素產(chǎn)生翻譯不準(zhǔn)確甚至誤譯的現(xiàn)象。本文以《圍城》的譯本為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其隱喻的映射轉(zhuǎn)換和認(rèn)知翻譯手法做分析。從譯元分析的角度對(duì)《圍城》英文譯本中隱喻翻譯的效度進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合語(yǔ)境效應(yīng)和推理努力,評(píng)價(jià)本譯本中隱喻翻譯的效果,目的是豐富和深化這一領(lǐng)域的探索。雖然我們標(biāo)榜譯者的重要性,也是語(yǔ)言學(xué)翻譯的重點(diǎn)之一,但是我們也應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)到根據(jù)譯者一人一時(shí)的體驗(yàn),或者說(shuō)認(rèn)知的體驗(yàn),翻譯出來(lái)的作品,并非是真正表現(xiàn)譯者情感的作品。喬治·拉克夫（George Lakoff）和馬克·約翰遜（Mark Johnson）的著作《我們賴以生存的隱喻》（Metaphors We Live by）,改變了對(duì)隱喻的傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)。他們認(rèn)為隱喻是一種認(rèn)知手段也是一種思維方式。隱喻的翻譯也和認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論結(jié)合在一起,也是一種以詞為焦點(diǎn)、語(yǔ)境為框架的語(yǔ)用現(xiàn)象,涉及到語(yǔ)言、文化、社會(huì)、心理、宗教等方面。結(jié)合紐馬克的隱喻翻譯觀本文在分析文本中隱喻的翻譯時(shí)也將以上因素加以考慮結(jié)合語(yǔ)境與映射轉(zhuǎn)換后的效果來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)譯文效度,并給出意見(jiàn)。本文發(fā)...
