隨著中國與烏干達全面合作伙伴關(guān)系的提升,兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系和經(jīng)濟技術(shù)合作日益加強。為實現(xiàn)向現(xiàn)代化富裕國家的轉(zhuǎn)變,烏干達正致力于推進“2040年遠景規(guī)劃”。在“一帶一路”的倡導下,中國企業(yè)加大對烏投資力度,助力烏干達發(fā)展建設(shè)。在此背景下烏干達首都坎帕拉提出《坎帕拉市城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃2014/15年——2018/19年》。本報告是基于坎帕拉城市管理局官方文件《坎帕拉市城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃2014/15年——2018/19年》的漢譯實踐。本翻譯實踐報告再現(xiàn)了從任務(wù)背景介紹到譯后總結(jié)的完整過程。譯前準備階段譯者大量搜集背景知識,并選定兩篇平行文本以作參考。結(jié)合平行文本,譯者從文本類型及文本特征兩方面對源語文本進行了分析�；诖�,譯者選取紐馬克文本類型理論及該理論下的語義翻譯和交際翻譯策略為指導,從詞匯和句法兩個層面,探討此類規(guī)劃文本在翻譯過程中遇到的問題及應(yīng)對的翻譯方法。詞匯層面譯者主要就專有名詞、專業(yè)術(shù)語和普通名詞進行了分析,并采取“固定譯本參照法”、“音譯法”、“零譯法”、“意譯法”、“平行文本參照法”等方法進行了翻譯處理。句法層面譯者主要就被動句和長句進行了分析,其中被動句的翻譯采取了四種不同的被...
