從語(yǔ)義學(xué)角度分析《背叛》前言和第一章的翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

【摘要】:本文以漢譯《背叛》的前言和第一章節(jié)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),依據(jù)杰弗里·尼爾·利奇(Geoffrey Neil Leech)對(duì)語(yǔ)義的分類,從社會(huì)意義、情感意義、搭配意義以及概念意義出發(fā)對(duì)翻譯中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并嘗試性地提出自己的翻譯策略。本文分別從語(yǔ)言的社會(huì)意義、情感意義、搭配意義及概念意義方面總結(jié)難點(diǎn)、收集例子、分析翻譯方法。為了在符合譯語(yǔ)文化傳統(tǒng)的前提下,盡可能傳達(dá)原文的社會(huì)意義,體現(xiàn)原文的風(fēng)格特色,筆者主要采用意譯法處理粗俗語(yǔ)、詛咒語(yǔ)等臟話,替代法處理涉性內(nèi)容,以及注釋法處理文中的方言。為了將比較模糊的情感表達(dá)顯化,筆者選擇感情色彩相當(dāng)或相應(yīng)的中文表達(dá),甚至適當(dāng)使用漢語(yǔ)臟話來(lái)顯化情感意義。為了準(zhǔn)確譯出原文中詞語(yǔ)的搭配意義,可以通過(guò)語(yǔ)境來(lái)確定詞義。而對(duì)于概念意義,雖然兩種語(yǔ)言概念意義的互譯在理論上是可行的,但是因?yàn)檎Z(yǔ)言本身及其所在文化體系有各自的特點(diǎn),其概念意義的傳達(dá)會(huì)出現(xiàn)不對(duì)等的情況。而這種概念意義的不對(duì)等也可以理解為每個(gè)民族都有自己的"文化專有項(xiàng)",筆者分別總結(jié)了物質(zhì)文化、語(yǔ)言文化、宗教文化以及社會(huì)文化方面遇到的文化專有項(xiàng),主要采用文內(nèi)加注、文外加注來(lái)填補(bǔ)譯語(yǔ)讀者文化及背景知識(shí)的空缺,還根據(jù)具體情況采用仿譯法等。
[Abstract]:Based on the foreword of the Chinese translation of betrayal and the practical experience of the first chapter, according to Geoffrey Nealich (Geoffrey Neil Leech) 's classification of semantics, from the social meaning, emotional meaning, From the perspective of collocations and conceptual meanings, this paper summarizes the problems encountered in translation, and tries to put forward some translation strategies. This paper summarizes the difficulties in terms of social meaning, emotional meaning, collocation meaning and conceptual meaning of language, collects examples and analyzes translation methods. In order to convey the social significance of the original text and embody the style and characteristics of the original text as far as possible under the premise of the cultural tradition of the target language, the author mainly uses the free translation method to deal with vulgar words, curses and other dirty words, and the substitution method to deal with the sex-related content. And annotation method to deal with the dialect in the text. In order to manifest the vague emotional expression, the author chooses the equivalent emotional color or the corresponding Chinese expression, and even appropriate use of Chinese dirty words to manifest the emotional meaning. In order to accurately translate the collocation meaning of the words in the original text, the meaning of the words can be determined by the context. For the conceptual meaning, although the translation of the conceptual meaning between the two languages is feasible in theory, because the language itself and its cultural system have their own characteristics, the transmission of the conceptual meaning of the two languages will appear to be unequal. And this inequality of conceptual meaning can also be understood as that each nation has its own "cultural exclusivity". The author summarizes the cultural exclusivity encountered in material culture, language culture, religious culture and social culture, respectively. To fill the gap in the culture and background knowledge of the target language readers, we mainly use the internal and external notes to fill the gap in the target language readers' culture and background knowledge, and also adopt the imitating translation method according to the specific situation.
