【摘要】：《資產(chǎn)購買協(xié)議》是購買雙方就在資產(chǎn)購買的過程中應(yīng)履行的義務(wù)和享有的權(quán)利所達(dá)成的協(xié)議。本文旨在研究《資產(chǎn)購買協(xié)議》中情態(tài)動詞的翻譯方法,并歸納總結(jié)翻譯心得。本翻譯實踐報告以目的論為理論指導(dǎo),采用案例分析的研究方法,將該協(xié)議中出現(xiàn)頻率較高的情態(tài)動詞的翻譯方法總結(jié)如下:1.當(dāng)情態(tài)動詞"shall"表示義務(wù)和責(zé)任時,可以譯為"得"或"應(yīng)當(dāng)"。有時,根據(jù)具體情況也可以省略不譯。2.當(dāng)情態(tài)動詞"may"表示許可時,可以譯為"可"或"可以";當(dāng)表示可能性時,可以譯為"可能"。3.當(dāng)情態(tài)動詞"will"表示將來應(yīng)做時可以譯為"將"。但是,在翻譯的過程中,按照中文的表達(dá)習(xí)慣,有時也可以省略不譯。本文作者通過對《資產(chǎn)購買協(xié)議》中的情態(tài)動詞進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)詳盡的研究,歸納總結(jié)了《資產(chǎn)購買協(xié)議》中情態(tài)動詞的翻譯方法,希望能夠為未來商務(wù)合同的翻譯提供參考,使譯者能夠?qū)⒃谋镜膬?nèi)容準(zhǔn)確地傳達(dá)給客戶,從而避免經(jīng)濟糾紛和商業(yè)損失。
[Abstract]:Asset purchase Agreement (APA) is an agreement reached between the buyer and the buyer on the obligations and rights to be performed in the process of asset purchase. The purpose of this paper is to study the translation methods of modal verbs in Asset purchase Agreement and summarize the translation experiences. Under the guidance of Skopos theory and case study, this paper summarizes the translation methods of modal verbs with high frequency in this protocol as follows: 1. When the modal verb "shall" denotes obligation and responsibility, it can be translated as "get" or "should". Sometimes, according to the specific circumstances can also be omitted. 2. When the modal verb "may" indicates permission, it can be translated as "may" or "can"; when it means possibility, it can be translated as "possible". The modal verb "will" can be translated as "will" when it means that it should be done in the future. However, in the process of translation, according to the Chinese expression habits, sometimes can not be omitted. Through a systematic and detailed study of modal verbs in Asset purchase Agreement, the author summarizes the translation methods of modal verbs in Asset purchase Agreement, hoping to provide a reference for the translation of future business contracts. So that the translator can accurately communicate the original text to customers, thus avoiding economic disputes and business losses.
