多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法在大學(xué)英語閱讀教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于英語學(xué)習(xí)者而言,閱讀的重要性不言而喻。在中國(guó)的英語教學(xué)研究中,也尤其重視學(xué)生閱讀能力的培養(yǎng)。隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和多元文化的互通,多模態(tài)的表達(dá)形式已經(jīng)成為生活中的一部分。以語言為主的傳統(tǒng)識(shí)讀方式面臨著多元識(shí)讀的挑戰(zhàn),與此同時(shí)傳統(tǒng)的閱讀教學(xué)也應(yīng)隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展而發(fā)生變化。本文將多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法應(yīng)用在大學(xué)英語閱讀教學(xué)中,以改善傳統(tǒng)閱讀教學(xué)不適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的弊端,從而激發(fā)學(xué)生的英語閱讀興趣、提高閱讀水平。多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法是一種以教師為主導(dǎo),學(xué)生為主體,側(cè)重整合多種教學(xué)資源,如聲音、圖片及視頻等多種模態(tài)形式,為學(xué)生構(gòu)建教學(xué)情景,旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生多元識(shí)讀能力的一種教學(xué)方法。本文試圖把多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法應(yīng)用在大學(xué)英語閱讀教學(xué)中,以回答以下兩個(gè)研究問題:(1)多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法對(duì)大學(xué)生的閱讀水平產(chǎn)生什么影響?(2)多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法對(duì)學(xué)生的英語閱讀興趣和動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生什么影響?研究者通過為期四個(gè)月的實(shí)證研究來回答以上問題。本次研究的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象為來自遼寧某大學(xué)非英語專業(yè)兩個(gè)平行班的學(xué)生,總共60人。采用的研究方法包括測(cè)試、問卷調(diào)查及訪談。數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果均由SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析,用以了解多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法的有效性。研究結(jié)果顯示,與傳統(tǒng)的英語閱讀教學(xué)法相比,多元識(shí)讀教學(xué)法指導(dǎo)下的學(xué)生英語閱讀水平有所提高,但幅度不明顯。對(duì)學(xué)生英語閱讀興趣及動(dòng)機(jī)有顯著提高。研究者在文章結(jié)尾論述了一些本次實(shí)驗(yàn)的若干局限性及對(duì)未來教學(xué)的啟示。
[Abstract]:For English learners, the importance of reading is self-evident. In the research of English teaching in China, special attention is also paid to the cultivation of students' reading ability. With the development of information technology and multiculturalism, multi-modal expression has become a part of life. The traditional reading mode which is mainly language is facing the challenge of multiple reading. At the same time, the traditional reading teaching should change with the development of the times. In this paper, the multiple reading teaching method is applied to college English reading teaching in order to improve the malpractice of traditional reading teaching in order to stimulate students' interest in English reading and improve their reading level. Multivariate reading teaching method is a teacher-led, student-oriented, focusing on the integration of a variety of teaching resources, such as sound, pictures and video, and other modal forms, for students to build a teaching situation. A teaching method designed to cultivate students' pluralistic reading ability. This paper attempts to apply the multivariate reading method to the teaching of college English reading. In order to answer the following two research questions: (1) what is the effect of multivariate reading teaching method on college students' reading level? (2) what effect does multivariate reading teaching method have on students' interest and motivation in English reading? The researchers answered these questions through a four-month empirical study. The subjects of this study were 60 students from two parallel classes of non-English majors in Liaoning Province. The research methods used include tests, questionnaires and interviews. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software to understand the validity of multivariate reading teaching method. The results show that, compared with the traditional English reading method, the reading level of the students under the guidance of the multiple reading method is improved, but the extent is not obvious. Students' interest and motivation in English reading have been improved significantly. At the end of the paper, the author discusses some limitations of this experiment and its implications for future teaching.
