【摘要】：信息化急速發(fā)展的今天,不同國(guó)家的文化正在逐步滲透到我們生活的方方面面,作為有著悠久歷史的文明古國(guó),中國(guó)的習(xí)俗和文化也走出國(guó)門,遠(yuǎn)播海外。中國(guó)有句俗話:民以食為天。中國(guó)人追求美食的腳步從未停歇,飲食文化也成為我們生活不可缺少的一部分。2012年,由中國(guó)中央電視臺(tái)全力打造的大型美食紀(jì)錄片《舌尖上的中國(guó)》正式與觀眾見面。該紀(jì)錄片播出之后受到觀眾們一致好評(píng)。筆者于2014年8月赴美國(guó)交流學(xué)習(xí)期間意外發(fā)現(xiàn),該紀(jì)錄片在美國(guó)也同樣擁有大量的觀眾,中國(guó)的飲食文化已經(jīng)在海外有了一定規(guī)模的傳播。2014年,中央電視臺(tái)又推出了《舌尖上的中國(guó)第二季》,紀(jì)錄片依舊延續(xù)第一季的主題,繼續(xù)探討中國(guó)人與食物之間千絲萬(wàn)縷的關(guān)系。此次翻譯,筆者選取了紀(jì)錄片《舌尖上的中國(guó)第二季》中的第一集《腳步》和第二集《心傳》。該紀(jì)錄片不僅包含中華飲食文化,同時(shí)也包含中國(guó)的禮儀文化等多方面,因此筆者將根據(jù)不同的源語(yǔ)形式采用不同的翻譯策略。此次翻譯報(bào)告將包括四個(gè)部分:第一部分筆者將對(duì)翻譯目的及翻譯材料的背景、語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)等做出闡述;第二部分筆者將詳細(xì)介紹此次的翻譯過(guò)程,主要包括前期的翻譯準(zhǔn)備,中期的翻譯表達(dá)以及后期的校對(duì)審核等,在后期審核部分對(duì)其中存的問(wèn)題加以闡述;第三部分筆者將運(yùn)用具體案例并結(jié)合相應(yīng)的翻譯理論來(lái)闡述在實(shí)際口譯中應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對(duì)美食詞匯及文化詞匯,同時(shí)也會(huì)簡(jiǎn)要闡述如何應(yīng)對(duì)解說(shuō)詞的口譯工作;第四部分筆者將闡述對(duì)此次翻譯的感悟并做出總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the culture of different countries is gradually infiltrating into all aspects of our life. As an ancient civilization with a long history, Chinese customs and culture are also abroad. There is a Chinese saying: the people take food as the sky. Chinese people have never stopped pursuing food, and food culture has become an indispensable part of our life. In 2012, China on the tongue, a major food documentary produced by China Central Television, was officially introduced to the audience. The documentary was well received by the audience after it was broadcast. In August 2014, when I went to the United States to exchange and study, I found that the documentary also had a large audience in the United States, and that Chinese food culture had already spread on a certain scale overseas. CCTV released the second season of China on the tongue. The documentary continues the theme of the first season and continues to explore the inextricable relationship between Chinese and food. In this translation, I selected the first episode of the documentary "China's second season on the tip of the tongue" and the second episode of "Heart Biography". The documentary contains not only Chinese food culture but also Chinese etiquette culture and so on. Therefore the author will adopt different translation strategies according to different source language forms. The translation report will consist of four parts: the first part will explain the translation purpose, the background of the translation materials, the language characteristics and so on; the second part will introduce the translation process in detail, mainly including the early translation preparation. The intermediate translation expression and the later proofreading are discussed in the later part of the audit. In the third part, the author will use specific cases and the corresponding translation theory to explain how to deal with food vocabulary and cultural vocabulary in actual interpretation, and how to deal with the interpretation of interpretation. In the fourth part, the author will expound the understanding of this translation and make a summary.
