【摘要】：本文在《2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)以來社區(qū)口譯在中國(guó)的發(fā)展》(王立弟、張婕,2011)一文基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行后續(xù)研究,關(guān)注2009年至今社區(qū)口譯在中國(guó)的發(fā)展情況。北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的召開以及北京多語言服務(wù)中心(多語中心)的成立對(duì)中國(guó)口譯行業(yè)的發(fā)展,特別是社區(qū)口譯的發(fā)展起到了極大的推動(dòng)作用。當(dāng)前,北京正在著力構(gòu)建全國(guó)政治中心、文化中心、國(guó)際交往中心和科技創(chuàng)新中心,多語中心正為構(gòu)建北京的多語言環(huán)境做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。本文通過定性和定量研究相結(jié)合的方式,基于對(duì)北京多語言服務(wù)中心負(fù)責(zé)老師的訪談、對(duì)學(xué)生志愿者的問卷調(diào)查、對(duì)學(xué)生志愿者的訪談,分析2009年至今北京多語言服務(wù)中心的發(fā)展情況,特別關(guān)注電話坐席口譯的發(fā)展,并由此探討多語言服務(wù)中心對(duì)社區(qū)口譯發(fā)展所起到的促進(jìn)作用及在發(fā)展過程當(dāng)中所遇到的瓶頸和挑戰(zhàn)。研究結(jié)果顯示,多語中心志愿者對(duì)于"社區(qū)口譯"作為特定概念并不了解,但實(shí)際操作中可以體會(huì)出電話坐席口譯與其他翻譯形式的不同;多語中心志愿者普遍具有可以勝任電話坐席工作的基本語言能力,同時(shí)也在實(shí)踐中體會(huì)到電話坐席口譯需要語言能力外的溝通技能、協(xié)調(diào)能力等其他能力;多語中心未來應(yīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)招募和管理的規(guī)范化,開拓新服務(wù)領(lǐng)域及運(yùn)營(yíng)模式等。
[Abstract]:On the basis of "the Development of Community interpreting in China since the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games" (Wang Lidi, Zhang Jieyun 2011), this paper makes a follow-up study, focusing on the development of community interpretation in China from 2009 to now. The opening of the Beijing Olympic Games and the establishment of the Beijing multilingual Service Center (MULSC) have greatly promoted the development of the interpretation industry in China, especially the development of community interpreting. At present, Beijing is making great efforts to build a national political center, a cultural center, an international communication center and a science and technology innovation center. The multilingual center is making important contributions to the construction of a multilingual environment in Beijing. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, this paper is based on interviews with teachers in charge of Beijing multilingual service center, questionnaire survey on student volunteers, interviews with student volunteers. Analyzing the development of Beijing multilingual service center since 2009, paying special attention to the development of telephone interpretation, The paper also discusses the role of multilingual service centers in promoting the development of community interpretation and the bottlenecks and challenges encountered in the process of development. The results show that the volunteers of multilingual center do not understand "community interpretation" as a specific concept, but in practice, they can realize the difference between telephone interpretation and other translation forms. The volunteers of multilingual center generally have the basic language ability which can be competent for the job of telephone chair, but also realize in practice that the telephone seat interpretation needs other skills such as communication skills, coordination ability and so on. In the future, multilingual centers should standardize recruitment and management, and develop new service areas and operation modes.
