體育舞蹈拉丁舞高水平運(yùn)動隊賽前訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷特征

【摘要】:隨著體育舞蹈項目的不斷發(fā)展,其體育競技性的特征日益突出。除技術(shù)水平的不斷發(fā)展提高外,作為一項體育運(yùn)動,其對體能等一系列競技能力要求也在不斷提高。如何以最佳的競技狀態(tài)和體能貯備去完成比賽則是需要綜合理論去指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練。在相關(guān)運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練理論里,為使運(yùn)動員能夠在比賽中表現(xiàn)出更高的競技水平與運(yùn)動表現(xiàn),針對運(yùn)動員在賽前階段制定合理的訓(xùn)練計劃,并通過訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容的變換和訓(xùn)練方法的調(diào)整來控制賽前階段的訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷情況。本文使用觀察量表和心率儀器,對體育舞蹈拉丁舞高水平運(yùn)動隊(北京體育大學(xué)體育舞蹈拉丁舞校代表隊)賽前階段訓(xùn)練活動進(jìn)行全程追蹤和觀察。通過階段內(nèi)訓(xùn)練完成內(nèi)容以及實際訓(xùn)練時間進(jìn)行負(fù)荷量的特征描述,對階段內(nèi)心率的變化情況進(jìn)行負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度的特征描述。同時,對訓(xùn)練課中使用不同訓(xùn)練方法造成的負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度特征差異進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)的研究分析;對使用不同訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容(不同舞種的完整組合)進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練時的負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度特征差異進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)的研究分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)在體育舞蹈拉丁舞高水平運(yùn)動隊賽前階段,在賽前三周共進(jìn)行15次訓(xùn)練課活動,負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度和負(fù)荷量在階段內(nèi)呈現(xiàn)波動性的變化,在階段前期和后期波動幅度較小,中期幅度較大。通過實際訓(xùn)練時間對階段內(nèi)負(fù)荷量進(jìn)行描述為先下降后上升;通過訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容(完整組合訓(xùn)練次數(shù))對階段內(nèi)負(fù)荷量進(jìn)行描述為先上升后下降。在通過不同心率指標(biāo)對階段內(nèi)負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行特征描述時,階段內(nèi)負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度特征較為趨同。在使用不同訓(xùn)練方法進(jìn)行賽前訓(xùn)練課時負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度有顯著性差異,使用模擬比賽進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練課訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度最大。在使用不同訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容進(jìn)行賽前訓(xùn)練課時負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度有顯著性差異,在連續(xù)訓(xùn)練條件下進(jìn)行牛仔舞完整組合訓(xùn)練階段負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度最大。教練員在安排賽前階段訓(xùn)練時,可借助不同訓(xùn)練方法和訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容(不同舞種的完整組合)的變換來調(diào)整階段內(nèi)的負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度和負(fù)荷量的變化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of sports dance, its sports competitive characteristics are increasingly prominent. In addition to the continuous development and improvement of technical level, as a sport, its requirements for a series of competitive ability, such as physical fitness, are also constantly improving. How to use the best competitive state and physical reserve to complete the competition is a need for comprehensive theory to guide the training. In the relevant sports training theory, in order to enable the athletes to show a higher competitive level and performance in the competition, a reasonable training plan is made for the athletes in the pre-competition stage. The training load is controlled by changing the training content and adjusting the training method. By using the observation scale and heart rate instrument, the training activities of the sports dance Latin high level sports team (the team of the Latin Dance School of Beijing University of physical Education) in the pre-competition stage were tracked and observed. The characteristic description of the load quantity is carried out through the contents of the training completion and the actual training time, and the change of the heart rate of the stage is described by the characteristic of the load intensity. At the same time, the differences of load intensity characteristics caused by different training methods in training class were studied and analyzed statistically. The differences of load intensity characteristics in training with different training contents (complete combinations of different dance species) were studied and analyzed statistically. It was found that in the pre-competition stage of the Latin dance high level sports team, 15 training sessions were conducted in the three weeks before the match. The load intensity and the load quantity showed fluctuating changes in the stage, and the fluctuation range was relatively small in the early and late stages. The medium-term range is relatively large. The actual training time is used to describe the in-stage load as first decreasing and then rising, and the training content (complete combination of training times) is used to describe the in-stage load as rising first and then descending. When different heart rate indexes are used to describe the in-stage load intensity, the characteristics of in-stage load intensity tend to converge. There was significant difference in the load intensity of pre-competition training class with different training methods, and the intensity of training load was the highest in the training class with simulated competition. There was significant difference in load intensity during pre-competition training with different training contents, and the load intensity was the highest in the complete combination training stage of cowboy dance under continuous training conditions. The coaches can adjust the load intensity and the change of load quantity by means of the transformation of different training methods and training contents (complete combination of different dance species) when arranging the pre-competition training.
