【摘要】：本文為一篇翻譯實踐報告。翻譯項目的原文為《兩個世界的完美結(jié)合:數(shù)字化時代下的博物館、圖書館與檔案館》,由史密森尼博物館館長韋恩·克拉夫所撰寫。該文本結(jié)合美國和世界上其他國家的博物館、圖書館與檔案館所做的研究,分析了以上三者在數(shù)字化時代下的形勢并探索其未來可能的發(fā)展方向,這對于其他仍處于觀望狀態(tài)下的該類機構(gòu)具有重要的參考價值。文本中諸多已進行的實驗與所取得的成果都值得仍處于數(shù)字化起步階段的同類機構(gòu)進行借鑒學(xué)習(xí),而該書的第六章“正確看待數(shù)字化時代下的教育機構(gòu)、博物館、圖書館與檔案館”更是集中呈現(xiàn)了近現(xiàn)代該類機構(gòu)在數(shù)字化進程中的努力與成績,時代背景更貼近現(xiàn)代該類機構(gòu)的情況。本文主要分為五個部分:第一部分為翻譯項目的背景及意義介紹;第二部分為引言,對作者及出版信息、原文內(nèi)容和原文語言做簡要介紹。第三部分介紹理論基礎(chǔ),本文將選取賴斯的文本類型學(xué)作為理論基礎(chǔ),通過分析原文文本類型,確定翻譯策略與技巧的選擇。第四部分探討翻譯難點與解決方法,在文本類型學(xué)的指導(dǎo)下,選取詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、具體譯法、語序重組、轉(zhuǎn)句譯法等翻譯技巧解決翻譯中的詞匯層面與句法層面的翻譯難點。第五部分總結(jié)在翻譯過程中的收獲與仍待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation practice report. "the perfect combination of the two worlds: museums, Libraries and Archives in the Digital Age." by Wayne Kraff, director of the Smithsonian Museum. The text combines the research of museums, libraries and archives in the United States and other countries around the world, analyzes the situation of the above three in the digital age and explores their possible future development direction. It has important reference value for other institutions which are still in the wait-and-see state. Many of the experiments and achievements made in the text are worthy of the reference of the same kind of institutions that are still in the initial stage of digitization, and the sixth chapter of the book "correctly look at the educational institutions, museums in the digital age," Library and archives "is more concentrated to present the modern and modern institutions in the process of digitalization efforts and achievements, the background of the times more close to the situation of modern institutions." This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the background and significance of the translation project, the second part is the introduction, the author and the publication information, the original content and the original language are briefly introduced. The third part introduces the theoretical basis. This paper selects Rice's text typology as the theoretical basis and determines the choice of translation strategies and techniques by analyzing the text types of the original text. The fourth part discusses the translation difficulties and solutions. Under the guidance of text typology, translation techniques such as part of speech conversion, specific translation methods, word order reorganization, and translation techniques are selected to solve the translation difficulties at the lexical and syntactic levels. The fifth part summarizes the achievements in the process of translation and the problems still to be solved.
