【摘要】：近年來,全球化程度的不斷深入和信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,為翻譯行業(yè)帶來了全新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。以計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯工具和機(jī)器翻譯為代表的翻譯技術(shù)從未停下前進(jìn)的腳步,令機(jī)器翻譯結(jié)合譯后編輯這一全新的翻譯模式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。雖然計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯工具和機(jī)器翻譯各自的應(yīng)用在逐步增多,但是二者結(jié)合的翻譯模式還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)沒有得到廣泛的普及和運(yùn)用。甚至很多人依然對(duì)這一模式的翻譯效果保持懷疑。究其原因,是人們對(duì)這一模式適用的范圍和具體流程缺乏足夠了解,導(dǎo)致人們即使在面對(duì)適用這一模式的翻譯任務(wù)時(shí),也無法正確地決策和把握最優(yōu)翻譯方案,導(dǎo)致與其失之交臂。針對(duì)以上問題,本報(bào)告以翻譯自動(dòng)化用戶協(xié)會(huì)TAUS權(quán)威發(fā)布的《TAUS翻譯數(shù)據(jù)趨勢(shì)報(bào)告》為例,通過介紹譯前準(zhǔn)備,并展現(xiàn)譯中與譯后CAT工具M(jìn)ateCat的翻譯集成環(huán)境、質(zhì)量檢查和項(xiàng)目分析等特色功能的使用方法,說明了MTPE模式的實(shí)踐方法。本文還通過案例分析,總結(jié)了此次MTPE模式使用的總體效果和最為適用MTPE模式的幾種情況;案例分析同時(shí)對(duì)實(shí)踐中機(jī)器翻譯的正誤結(jié)果做了歸納,并給出了針對(duì)錯(cuò)誤結(jié)果的譯后編輯方式。實(shí)踐發(fā)現(xiàn),MTPE模式的運(yùn)用大大提高了本次任務(wù)的翻譯效率。如果翻譯任務(wù)對(duì)譯文質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是達(dá)到“足夠好”即可,或MT引擎及譯后編輯人員經(jīng)過了提前的針對(duì)性訓(xùn)練,MTPE模式則能發(fā)揮更好的效果。針對(duì)機(jī)器翻譯中準(zhǔn)確度類、語言類和風(fēng)格類的錯(cuò)誤結(jié)果,可通過改正細(xì)節(jié)錯(cuò)誤、重組譯文和按需定制的方式進(jìn)行譯后編輯,提升譯文質(zhì)量。本文旨在增進(jìn)人們對(duì)機(jī)器翻譯和譯后編輯的了解,并探討二者結(jié)合模式對(duì)翻譯領(lǐng)域革新的重要意義。它指出,要想從容應(yīng)對(duì)信息爆炸時(shí)代的海量翻譯,機(jī)器翻譯結(jié)合譯后編輯的模式勢(shì)在必行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of globalization and the continuous development of information technology, the translation industry has brought new opportunities and challenges. The translation technology, represented by computer-assisted translation tools and machine translation, has never stopped moving forward. The new translation model of machine translation combined with post-translation editing emerges as the times require, although the respective applications of computer-assisted translation tools and machine translation are gradually increasing. However, the translation model of the combination of the two is far from being widely popularized and applied. Even many people still have doubts about the translation effect of this model. It is because of the lack of sufficient understanding of the scope and specific process of application of this model that people are unable to make correct decisions and grasp the optimal translation scheme even in the face of translation tasks applicable to this model. In view of the above problems, this report takes the "TAUS Translation data Trends report" published by the TAUS Authority of the Association of users of Translation Automation as an example, by introducing the preparation before translation, and showing the integrated environment of translation between Chinese and MateCat, a post-translation CAT tool. The usage method of characteristic functions such as quality inspection and project analysis explains the practical method of MTPE mode. Through the case analysis, this paper summarizes the overall effect of the use of this MTPE mode and several situations that are most suitable for MTPE mode. At the same time, the case analysis sums up the correct and wrong results of machine translation in practice. The post-translation editing method for the wrong result is also given. It is found that the application of MTPE mode greatly improves the translation efficiency of this task. If the translation task has a standard of "good enough" for the translation quality, Or the MT engine and post-translation editors trained in the MTPE mode in advance can play a better role. For the error results of accuracy class, language class and style class in machine translation, we can correct the error in detail. The purpose of this paper is to enhance the understanding of machine translation and post-translation editing, and to explore the significance of the combination of the two models for innovation in the field of translation. In order to deal with mass translation in the era of information explosion, it is imperative to combine machine translation with post-translation editing.
