【摘要】：中國(guó)革命在金寨縣留下了深深的足跡,留下了大量的革命舊址、遺跡和遺物。目前經(jīng)有關(guān)部門(mén)統(tǒng)計(jì)后顯示,金寨縣保存著如立夏節(jié)起義舊址南溪鎮(zhèn)丁埠大王廟、紅11軍第32師成立舊址斑竹園鎮(zhèn)朱氏祠、豫東南道委、道區(qū)蘇維埃政府舊址湯家匯鎮(zhèn)接善寺、列寧小學(xué)舊址、赤色郵政局舊址湯家匯鎮(zhèn)徐氏祠、鄂豫皖省委會(huì)議舊址湯家匯鎮(zhèn)胡氏祠等280多處革命舊址,其中有多處被列為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位和省級(jí)重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位,還有多處被列為市級(jí)和縣級(jí)文物保護(hù)單位。還保存有一些紅軍壁畫(huà)、標(biāo)語(yǔ)、紅軍公田碑等,以及一批革命領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人舊居、墓園和革命烈士生前使用過(guò)的物品等珍貴文物。這些獨(dú)一無(wú)二的革命文物構(gòu)成了金寨特有的革命文化資源。由于年代久遠(yuǎn)加上缺乏必要的保護(hù)性修繕,有些革命舊址遭到不同程度的破壞甚至瀕臨倒塌,保存現(xiàn)狀十分危急。近年來(lái)國(guó)家對(duì)于革命文物的保護(hù)力度越來(lái)越大,2016年7月國(guó)家文物局印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)革命文物工作的通知》,在《通知》中要求"全國(guó)各地文物部門(mén)要加強(qiáng)革命文物的調(diào)查征集工作,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)革命文物的保護(hù),并且要求將革命文物納入社會(huì)公共服務(wù)和社會(huì)教育體系當(dāng)中。"1"2016年9月13日國(guó)家文物局在吉林長(zhǎng)春召開(kāi)革命文物工作座談會(huì),深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于革命文物工作的重要指示批示精神,認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)革命文物工作的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》、中共中央辦公廳和國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)革命歷史紀(jì)念類設(shè)施、遺址和全國(guó)愛(ài)國(guó)主義教育示范基地工作的意見(jiàn)》精神,總結(jié)過(guò)去革命文物工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析形勢(shì),保護(hù)革命文物,傳承革命精神,全面推進(jìn)"十三五"時(shí)期革命文物工作,并對(duì)進(jìn)一步做好革命文物工作提出了具體要求。" 2金寨地處大別山腹地,群山環(huán)繞,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后,也是我國(guó)著名的經(jīng)濟(jì)貧困縣。這些遍布在金寨山區(qū)的革命文物長(zhǎng)時(shí)間缺乏人們的關(guān)注,有的早已破敗不堪甚至被損毀,岌岌可危。要以感恩之心做好革命文物的保護(hù)工作,加大保護(hù)力度,珍視這些承載著厚重的革命歷史、精神的實(shí)物,使之永久的保留下去。并在保護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)上整合革命文物資源,科學(xué)合理的利用好這些文化資源,通過(guò)建立愛(ài)國(guó)主義教育基地和發(fā)展紅色旅游等途徑使革命文物的保護(hù)和利用和諧統(tǒng)一,推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,使之在金寨革命老區(qū)脫貧工作中發(fā)揮重大作用,這些都是本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。本文共分五個(gè)部分:第一部分主要介紹研究金寨縣革命文物的背景和意義以及現(xiàn)狀;第二部分主要闡述金寨縣革命歷史溯源包括金寨縣的歷史沿革、中國(guó)革命史上發(fā)生在金寨縣的重大歷史事件及其影響;第三部分對(duì)金寨縣革命文物的概述,界定革命文物的概念以及對(duì)金寨縣革命文物進(jìn)行分類,并闡述金寨縣革命文物的特征和價(jià)值以及保護(hù)金寨縣革命文物的重要意義;第四部分是對(duì)金寨縣革命文物的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并分析存在的主要問(wèn)題;第五部分針對(duì)金寨縣革命文物提出較為合理的保護(hù)和利用的對(duì)策及思路。

This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background of Jinzhai County revolutionary cultural relics and the significance as well as the current situation; the second part mainly elaborated Jinzhai County revolutionary history including the history of Jinzhai County, Chinese occurred in the history of revolution the major historical events in Jinzhai county and its influence; the third part is an overview of Jinzhai County revolutionary cultural relics, defining the concept of revolutionary cultural relics and revolutionary cultural relics in Jinzhai County The classification, and expounds Jinzhai County revolutionary cultural relics protection in Jinzhai County as well as the value and characteristics of revolutionary cultural relics significance; the fourth part is the research of the development status of Jinzhai County revolutionary cultural relics, and analyzes the main problems; the fifth part put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of protection and utilization of the reasonable for Jinzhai County revolutionary cultural relics.
