【摘要】：進(jìn)入后學(xué)院科學(xué)時(shí)代以來(lái),科學(xué)呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)態(tài)化、復(fù)雜化的特點(diǎn),科學(xué)技術(shù)與社會(huì)深度融合,呈現(xiàn)出一體化、系統(tǒng)化的趨勢(shì),這深刻影響著科學(xué)共同體的行為方式并出現(xiàn)了一些負(fù)面的問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致科學(xué)共同體的責(zé)任倫理問(wèn)題引起廣泛的關(guān)注,客觀上要求科學(xué)共同體必須把責(zé)任倫理放在科學(xué)研究的首位,責(zé)任倫理成為后學(xué)院科學(xué)時(shí)代科學(xué)共同體倫理研究的焦點(diǎn)。近代的自由論、德行論、契約論等思想已經(jīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)了責(zé)任的重要性,這都是科學(xué)共同體必須承擔(dān)責(zé)任的理論基礎(chǔ),馬克斯·韋伯1919年提出責(zé)任倫理的概念,漢斯·約納斯1979年出版《責(zé)任原理一工業(yè)文明倫理嘗試》開(kāi)始將責(zé)任倫理納入科學(xué)共同體的倫理實(shí)踐范疇并期待發(fā)揮價(jià)值導(dǎo)向的作用,責(zé)任倫理是后學(xué)院科學(xué)時(shí)代對(duì)倫理規(guī)范提出的新要求。責(zé)任理論的核心律令包括:“人類(lèi)生存”、“生存的好”、“人是目的”、“可獲得的善”四個(gè)層次,科學(xué)共同體的倫理建設(shè)面臨的困境主要表現(xiàn)在本體論基礎(chǔ)的“是之責(zé)”和后學(xué)院科學(xué)時(shí)代要求的“應(yīng)盡之責(zé)”之間產(chǎn)生裂縫進(jìn)而挑戰(zhàn)了責(zé)任倫理核心律令:利益導(dǎo)向忽視了弱勢(shì)對(duì)象對(duì)“人類(lèi)生存”的挑戰(zhàn)、責(zé)任意識(shí)弱化忽略自然責(zé)任對(duì)“生存的好”的挑戰(zhàn)、求用的目的性擴(kuò)張對(duì)“人是目的”的挑戰(zhàn)及忽視無(wú)回報(bào)的非相互責(zé)任對(duì)“可獲得的善”的挑戰(zhàn),這要求我們重新建構(gòu)后學(xué)院科學(xué)時(shí)代的科學(xué)共同體的責(zé)任倫理,并注重責(zé)任倫理核心律令在科學(xué)共同體實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的導(dǎo)向作用。建構(gòu)科學(xué)共同體的責(zé)任倫理從知責(zé)盡責(zé)、明責(zé)履責(zé)、追責(zé)問(wèn)責(zé)三個(gè)路徑展開(kāi)。借助約納斯等國(guó)內(nèi)外責(zé)任倫理研究的成果,實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)共同體的“是之責(zé)”和“應(yīng)之責(zé)”的統(tǒng)一,把知與行結(jié)合起來(lái),把理念與實(shí)踐結(jié)合起來(lái),把目的與手段結(jié)合起來(lái)。只有切實(shí)解決好責(zé)任倫理方面的問(wèn)題才可能使人類(lèi)真正的享受到科技進(jìn)步帶來(lái)的健康和諧的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since entering the era of post-college science, science has shown the characteristics of steady-state and complication. This has deeply affected the behavior of the scientific community and brought some negative problems, which led to the widespread concern about the responsibility ethics of the scientific community, which objectively requires the scientific community to put the responsibility ethics in the first place in scientific research. Responsibility ethics has become the focus of the scientific community ethics research in the post-college scientific era. The modern ideas of freedom, morality and contract have emphasized the importance of responsibility, which is the theoretical basis on which the scientific community must bear responsibility. In 1919, Max Weber put forward the concept of responsibility ethics. In 1979, Hans Jonas published "the principle of responsibility: an attempt at the Ethics of Industrial Civilization." he began to bring responsibility ethics into the ethical practice category of the scientific community and expected to play a value-oriented role. Responsibility ethics is a new requirement for ethical norms in the post-college scientific era. The core legal orders of the theory of responsibility include: "human existence", "good survival", "man is the purpose", "available goodness". The dilemma faced by the construction of ethics in the scientific community is mainly manifested in the crack between the "responsibility of being", which is based on ontology, and the "duty to do", which is required by the post-college scientific era, and then challenges the core law of responsibility ethics: interests. The orientation ignores the challenge to the "survival of mankind" posed by the vulnerable, The weakening of responsibility consciousness neglects the challenge of natural responsibility to "good existence", the challenge of seeking purpose expansion to "man is the aim" and the challenge of ignoring non-reciprocal responsibility without return to "the good that can be obtained". This requires us to re-construct the responsibility ethics of the scientific community in the post-college scientific era, and pay attention to the guiding role of the core law and order of the responsibility ethics in the practice of the scientific community. With the help of the achievements of Jonas and other domestic and international research on responsibility ethics, we can achieve the unity of "the responsibility of being" and "the responsibility of duty" in the scientific community, and combine knowledge with action. Only by combining the idea with practice, the end and means, can we truly enjoy the healthy and harmonious development brought about by the progress of science and technology.
