【摘要】：目前,隨著跨文化交際增加、國際競爭不斷增強,需要進行翻譯的內(nèi)容越來越多。由于翻譯會消耗大量的精力和時間,機器翻譯應(yīng)運而生。機器翻譯經(jīng)歷了最初的IBM模型、基于規(guī)則(RBMT)的二代翻譯方法、基于短語的機器學(xué)習(xí)(PBMT)等多個時期。2016年9月27日,Google Translate推出新版本的翻譯程序GNMT(神經(jīng)機器翻譯系統(tǒng))引起翻譯界的大變革。GNMT基于端到端的自動翻譯學(xué)習(xí)方法,英法、英西的互譯準確度已經(jīng)超過了 90%,中英互譯準確率則在80%左右。本文探討了 Google NMT在政治講話翻譯中的應(yīng)用問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)了在政治講話翻譯中存在的一些主要問題,并提出了一些建議。本文先簡要回顧機器翻譯研究歷史以及機器翻譯本身存在的問題、Google Translate的演變以及使用谷歌Google NMT技術(shù)進行漢譯英的可行性和實用性;之后探討了文本分類類型及具體的翻譯策略;對本論文測評對象《習(xí)近平談治國理政》中的講話語篇進行介紹和文本類型分類;之后從語篇層面的文內(nèi)因素和文外因素角度對Google NMT譯出的《習(xí)近平談治國理政》譯文進行對比評析和分析;最后做出結(jié)論,發(fā)現(xiàn)Google NMT在應(yīng)用方面具有一定的普適性,但和真正人工翻譯的譯文仍有距離。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increase of cross-cultural communication and the increasing international competition, more and more content needs to be translated. Because translation consumes a lot of energy and time, machine translation emerges as the times require. Machine translation has experienced the initial IBM model. Second generation translation method based on RBMT. In September 27th 2016, Translate introduced a new version of the translation program GNMT (Neural Machine Translation system). The accuracy of translation between English and Spanish has exceeded 90%, while that between Chinese and English is about 80%. This paper discusses the application of Google NMT in political speech translation, and finds some main problems in political speech translation. Some suggestions are put forward. Firstly, this paper briefly reviews the history of machine translation research and the problems existing in machine translation. It also discusses the evolution of Translate and the feasibility and practicability of using Google Google NMT technology to translate from Chinese to English. Then it discusses the text classification types and translation strategies, introduces the discourse and text classification in Xi Jinping, the subject of this thesis. Then, from the perspective of intra-text factors and extrinsic factors, the author makes a contrastive analysis and analysis of the translation of "Xi Jinping on governing the country" translated by Google NMT, and finally draws a conclusion that Google NMT has a certain universality in application. However, there is still a distance from the true translation of manual translation.
