【摘要】：社會主義新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)是社會主義小康社會建設(shè)的重要組成部分,也是滿足農(nóng)民精神文化需求的根本途徑。近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)民群眾的生活水平在不斷提高的同時,對精神文化的需求也是呈上升趨勢。在實現(xiàn)社會主義新農(nóng)村的背景下,滿足農(nóng)民群眾的日益需求,是推動農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)事業(yè)成功的基礎(chǔ)。然而,由于當(dāng)?shù)氐母骷壵块T特別是基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對農(nóng)村文化事業(yè)建設(shè)的認(rèn)識度不高,農(nóng)村文化得不到重視,在物力、財力、人力投入不夠,造成了農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)達(dá)不到社會主義新農(nóng)村要求的目標(biāo),隨之也未能實現(xiàn)社會的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文是以菏澤市近年來新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)作為研究對象,在研究方法上使用了文獻(xiàn)查閱法、實地調(diào)研法、歸納整理法以及綜合分析法等。通過對該地區(qū)的實際調(diào)研和研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)該地區(qū)在新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)上雖然已經(jīng)取得一定的成效,公共文化服務(wù)體系逐步建成,文化娛樂活動和科技服務(wù)團(tuán)體也在日益增多。但是還存在以下問題:一是對新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的重要性的理解還部夠,也不夠重視。二是村文化建設(shè)投入的物力、財力、人力等力度不夠。三是基層文化隊伍薄弱,管理體制不健全等。本文通過實地調(diào)研、文獻(xiàn)查閱等收集的資料,經(jīng)過歸納整理和全面性的綜合性分析來,給菏澤市新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)上提出具有針對性的對策。要想達(dá)到社會主義新農(nóng)村的目標(biāo)還有一定的距離,需要不懈的努力。本文的研究是從新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的重要意義出發(fā)的,依據(jù)菏澤市新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的實際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題,針對性地提出相應(yīng)的的對策。
[Abstract]:The cultural construction of the new socialist countryside is an important part of the construction of a well-off socialist society, as well as a fundamental way to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the peasants. In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, While the living standards of the peasants are constantly improving, the demand for spiritual culture is also on the rise. In the context of the realization of a new socialist countryside, it is necessary to meet the increasing needs of the peasants. It is the basis for promoting the success of the rural cultural construction. However, because the local government departments at all levels, especially the grassroots leaders, do not have a high degree of understanding of the rural cultural construction, rural culture is not attached importance to, and in the material and financial resources, Due to the insufficient manpower input, the rural cultural construction can not meet the requirements of the new socialist countryside, and it also fails to realize the harmonious development of the society. This paper takes the cultural construction of the new countryside in Heze City as the research object in recent years. In the research methods, we have used the literature reference method, the field investigation method, the inductive arrangement method and the comprehensive analysis method and so on. Through the actual investigation and research in this area, we found that although this area has made certain achievements in the new rural cultural construction, The public cultural service system has been gradually established, and the number of cultural and recreational activities and scientific and technological service groups is also increasing. However, there are still some problems: first, understanding the importance of cultural construction in the new countryside is not enough. Second, the resources, financial and human resources invested in the cultural construction of the village are not enough. Third, the grass-roots cultural team is weak, and the management system is not perfect. This paper collects information through field research, literature review, etc. After summing up and sorting out and comprehensive analysis, we put forward targeted countermeasures for the construction of new rural culture in Heze City. There is still a certain distance to reach the goal of the new socialist countryside. The research of this paper is based on the important significance of the new rural cultural construction, according to the actual development situation and problems of the new rural cultural construction in Heze City, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
